Broken locks on our door. Vents with a film of dust and black mold. Never going back!

I booked this hotel for my family and my mom, my sister also booked it for her family so we could all attend graduation at the University of Dayton. She checked in first, saw her room and requested another as the room was falling apart (literally had insulation hanging down from around the window). They moved her to another room; that was worse than the first! Since they were staying longer they decided to leave that hotel and take their chances finding another on a very busy weekend. They did find one but paid a premium. I was scared to even check-in but knowing our options were limited,we did. Our room was OK; not falling apart but not great either. The curtains didn't fit the windows, so with lights on you could see in easily and in the morning had sunlight shining in our eyes. I killed a large spider in the bathroom and parts of the floor were flat-out not clean. Bed was not comfortable but since we were only there one night, we figured we could deal with it. NOT recommended and deserving of maybe 1 star.

Dirty drapes, something splashed on side of fridge, dirty fridge exterior, dirty glasses, broken soap dish in dishwasher, two burners on stove not working, missing pots, dishes and silverware. Caulk around tub highly mildewed. On the plus side - clean sheets and towels, large room, comfortable bed, personable helpful staff. Enjoyed the hot breakfast.

Easy on/off, clean room and roomy. Staff was on the ball. Breakfast suitable for a discount hotel.

This hotel is in the process of remodeling. They put us in a room with new wood flooring. We liked that we had our own kitchen to cook in. The room size has a large area for the bed and for a couch and chair and TV. The reason we picked it is because it offered the most for the least price. Breakfast was served each morning in a buffet style and was good.

My wife and I arrived late to Hawthorne Suites by Wyndham in Miamisburg and were checked in about 1:00 a.m.We were very tired, having driven all day. When we entered the room, it looked nice on its face, but we quickly learned differently. I took off my shoes and went into the bathroom, only to find the carpet in front of the bathroom door was soaking wet. I opened the door next to the wet carpet, to see that the HVAC unit was leaking water, soaking the carpet. The HVAC space was filthy, too, with dust, dirt and mold on the floor and on the unit, and we weren't thrilled to be staying there and breathing the air. My wife called the desk and complained about the condition, saying that we usually would not accept a room in that condition, but it was late, we were tired, and we would not push it, but we were not happy about it. Neither of us slept very well because the bed sagged a lot in the middle and just was not comfortable at all. As we did sleep throughout the night, we both noticed the smell of tobacco smoke when the A/C would come on. Neither of us is a smoker. This morning, I also noticed that there was heavy dust on the HVAC air return, black mold in the shower, and several bugs on the floor. I also washed one bug down the drain while showering; it had flown up and was crawling on the shower wall.

Outdated. Room door was broken in to and not fixed. Carriage lock broken on door so door couldn't be secured when your in the room. Staff didn't care when I entered lobby to check in and wanted to continue chatting with eachother.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. It was comfortable. Smaller than we expected for a suite. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sit on. The staff was great!

This hotel looks like someone gave up- everything was in disrepair. While the setup is great, (felt like a one bedroom condo with a loft), I'd never stay here again based on how dumpy it is. The living room lamp socket was hanging off the lamp so it flicker on and off on its own. The coffee table had a leg that was coming off completely. The hair dryer was missing chunks of plastic, exposing the inner heating coils to easily touch. Tiles throughout were completely loose and just laying in place. There was no parking anywhere when we arrived and luckily someone left so we could take their spot after about a half hour. Breakfast was a joke- nowhere near enough food so everything was constantly empty. Definitely would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall, okay. Will check other hotels in the area for my next visit. Would tell a friend my experience, have them take a look at the hotel, and make up their own mind as to whether they would like to stay. Thanks.

We came to town for a family get together at Kings Island. The suite was roomy. Nice kitchen area. Close to shopping and restaurants.

We have stayed at this motel 4 or 5 times over the past 6 years. so we have some brand loyalty. But each year, it disappoints us more and more. This year, we felt that we had been put in the losers' suite. No phone dial tone for our entire 4-night stay toilet was a two-flusher (even with nothing in it) toilet seat cover was missing and one morning the seat was left completely detached from the hinges after a heavy rain, water came in under the door and left the carpet wet door would not pull shut from the outside without the use of the room key to release the lock. The location was convenient for our needs. Breakfast was good. Front desk staff were friendly and sympathetic to our room problems, but no correction was noted by us during our stay. Work was in progress to address concrete sidewalk and retaining bulkhead issues. I hope that this means that money is available for other problems.

Very nice and quiet. Lots of nice restaurants near

Very nice, quiet and there is a mall and nice restaurants near

Older hotel. A little worn but comfortable and reasonably priced.

The staff at the front desk were amazing, so nice and kind. The room however was gross and missing what was promised in the photo. it showed and said I would have a room with a fireplace (THERE WAS NO FIREPLACE). The bedding look re-used not re-placed with fresh non used bedding, and had someone else's hair under the blankets. The furniture in the room was ragged and stained (UNLIKE THE PHOTOS). The bath tub was nasty and the toilet had a burnt sunken mark on the toilet seat from what was obviously a cigarette mark (even though it was a NON SMOKING room) also. The room looked nothing like the photos, the hotel needs to just gut the room and get some fresh furniture/bed/bedding/bathroom fixtures/tub/toilet

Had a small weekend getaway here. Room was clean and quiet. Very satisfied

One would think that like a rock means we slept like a rock, not so, that was the shape of the mattress, it was so hard that our arms and legs were going numb. The hotel staff was very nice, the breakfast was nice, but the hotel grounds, the building exteriors and the rooms, while clean, were sorely in major need of upkeep. I would put this hotel in the same price range of a Red Roof Inn, in fact most Red Roof Inns we have stayed at were better maintained. The price we paid for this room was way over priced.

Staff was very courteous. The room was great, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had good variety. it was definitely better than the average business hotel out there.

Friendly responsive staff Room was clean although some furnishings were bit worn . Being an extended stay business and hotel it was very good. Breakfast was much better than expected,tv options could not be any better and internet was fast The buildings and grounds are in good repair and as attractive as any hotel in the area.
