Beautiful property

I was in town for a two night fishing trip. I just needed a place to rest between outings. This was perfect. Very clean. Very up to date. Located conveniently close to downtown Davis. The owner was accommodating and easy to talk to. I would go again!

Hooked @ French Roast

The check in process was seamless. The property was clean and inviting. As I mentioned, loved seeing French Roast coffee on the counter. The bed was firm but not like sleeping on a rock, a very welcome change. Walking distance to shops and restaurants is a plus. I would highly recommend and plan to return when my schedule allows. 5 hr drive for me

Beautiful view

Well, its got a good view and good location but besides that. Not much. You are just paying for a place to sleep. - Dead bugs on ceiling - Locked out couple times - pillow had food on it - kitchen top had layers of dust(you can see as you sit on the chair) - neighbors were cussing and loud 8-1:30am - listing had incorrect location and accommodations I could go on. This place wasnt good. If you are a biker and just looking for a place to lay. This is great. If you're a family or looking for the perfect place, this is not it. The only saving grace is the owners were very nice and quick to reply. Theres a 45% chance i might return to give them a try as they are relatively new. Fra
