Location is very convenient. Security guards are very friendly and accommodating. The unit is not clean, toilet and sinks are dirty, with 5 empty shampoo/ cond containers and empty shampoo sachets wverywhere. Dirty microwave. Roaches and bugs creeping off and on, particularly in the kitchen and toilets. The paid parking was a problem, we were given one next to a garbage dump, by the second day- we couldn’t park anymore because it was taken by another client. The guard helped us find another one, which took a long time to find one. I hardly complain, but the entire stay was disappointing to say the least. The unit owner needs to pay attention to cleanliness in all aspects of accommodation.

Unit faced the outside the property to local residential side, roosters crowing, dogs barking throughout the day and night. Overall property is very nice with rooftop views and nice atrium at entrance, with seating to relax.
