It was amazing stay with family,, bed is so comfortable. Place so quiet, food is so delicious and services are exceptional. Even there’s a few things that are not working properly, but then it’s all taking card off the same day. Staffs are very friendly.

Ants in the bed of first room. The front desk put us in a second room because of this. Next day maid cleaned room and we returned to find dead bed bugs on the clean towel they put on the bed.

Loved this Hotel and our room premium or jr suite. It's lovely to have a nice view on the 9th floor, and the staff was excellent, especially in the restaurant. Breakfast was the highlight of the day, so amazing and underrated, such a great surprise. The location of the Hotel was excellent, we would and will stay at this property again

The check in late in the evening was great. The staff throughout all interactions were nice and professional. The rooms are too dark to really judge cleanliness. Towels were thin. Bed (King) was not a good sleep, not sure why. The shower curtain rod was sagging and the liquid soap dispenser in the shower was empty, which demonstrates no one is checking on housekeeping. I looked over the breakfast buffet and did not like the choices. Nice location.

Even the manager is on the floor ready to assist when his staff is busy. This hotel is my family’s favorite when visiting Davao City. Accommodation is excellent. Easy access to the airport, to the wharf, and to shopping malls and warehouses.
