Great waterfront home on beautiful Lafitte Bay! Nestled among the oak trees this west end waterfront home is one of a kind. Lewis Landing II sleeps 12 with a maximum of 10 adults. No pets.
Five-bedrooms, two full baths plus a game room, hanging swings, oaks trees in the yard, and a boat dock with a swim ladder! Something for everyone to enjoy! Fish off the dock, lounge on the open second floor sun deck or relax in the shade on the first-floor patio, there's ample space at Lewis Landing II to find space to relax. Rainy day? No worries, hang out in the ground floor game room and take advantage of the smart TV to watch your favorite movie, challenge your family members to a ping pong tournament or pass some time playing the arcade classic PacMan game!
The first floor of Lewis Landing II is located at ground level and has three bedrooms, one full bath, the game room, covered patio area facing the waterfront and boat dock. The laundry room is also located on the ground floor and is accessed via an exterior door. Two of the three ground floor bedrooms are equipped with 1 King bed each and the third bedroom is equipped with a twin bed and a Queen bed. A queen sofa bed is located in the game room.
The second floor of Lewis Landing II has an open waterfront deck, comfortable main living area, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms and one full bath. The master bedroom is equipped with a King bed and has a door leading directly into the shared full bath. The second bedroom is equipped with a Queen bed.
