River trip

Rented this house for a family summer vacation along the Delaware. Location is beautiful! Easy access to the river, great view and very cozy living spaces. Very close drive the Callicoon which has many great small businesses. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Stay

The host provided a wonderful home and environment for our family of 12 to enjoy. Kayaks, hot tub, fire pit, river access, and huge open grassy yard along with many other points made this a great trip with great memories. The host was very responsive and communication through the whole process was easy.

Wonderful Vacation on the River

This house was absolutely amazing. The inside Was super clean and comfortably fit six adults. We all felt absolutely warm and cozy in this house. The backyard was extremely open and very spacious. Great area for dogs to run and people to hang out around the fire pit. The deck was huge and was a great space for entertaining and off to the side was a hot tub that was incredibly clean. The best part of this home was that the river was right in the backyard. It took seconds to walk down to which was a great place to hang out let the dogs run in the river and take the beautiful views. We did rent this house during the winter and it was a wonderful home to relax. But I bet it’s even better in the summer when everything is full bloom, and the weather and river are both warm. on top of the breathtaking home and views, the hosts were a delight to deal with. Any questions we had they were quick to respond and super helpful. You can tell they wanted us to have the best vacation we could and we did. We’d absolutely stay here again.
