Customer service was awful, property did not have hot water on the property for the 3 days I stayed in the hotel, I called to the front desk to ask for towels and the person stayed that if I need it towels that I had to go get the towels in the front. Service was awful. Will never go back.

Would be nice to have a jacuzzi. Maybe there is one and I'm just not aware of it.

The shower door (on wheel rollers) would not stay closed no matter what you did unless you wedged something in it. There was no shelf in shower for soap/shampoo.

I was here at the same property about 3 years ago and it was much better,looks like the owner ahip changed. They had 2 regular sized pillows for a 2 bed queen size, bathroom floor was cracked, toilet paper roll was broken, it tells me tthat owners are not very keen on fixing things. I would day Holiday Inn express any day over this since they cost about the same.

The property is very nice and clean. There are nearby places to eat dinner that are great. It is also very quiet. The breakfast is great too.

The bed is too high, the mini refrigerator was useless as being too small, had no controls and froze all the food that I had in it. The bathroom has only one switch for the light and fan. The fan is so loud and you only would want to use it if you need it. I ordered laundry and had to check on delivery three times.

I've stayed at this location the last 3 visits to Dallas, its a great location, easy access to all the major highways. The staff is always friendly and eager to assist you. The parking lot at night is well lighted; so I always feel safe if I'm coming in later in the evening. I will return again on mu next visit. The only negative thing I can say is I wish they had another selection of coffee instead of decaf or dark roast on the breakfast bar. :)

This property is very reliable and the breakfast buffet is good. But the rooms have a bit of an odor to them - it smells a little smokey even though the entire property is non-smoking.
