It was great, loved how close the hotel was from the airport as well

Stayed for 4 days and 3 nights. Overall everything was great!

Went for Kameha-Con. The check in was pretty quick and they had nice facilities. Only issue was that despite leaving the hotel at 9:30 Saturday, it was not cleaned that day. Annoying but did not make or break anything.

The bathroom was unclean. Also, the carpet had not been vacuumed in a long time. I was uncomfortable walking around in my bare feet.

Preface: my wife and I stayed one night while passing through Dallas. Arrived around 8pm, left around 9:30am. Pros: Clean room - everything seemed to have been cleaned thoroughly Bed was comfortable - my wife enjoyed the softness of the bed, the pillows were good. Modern Room design - everything was relatively new, nothing dated. Very good Wi-Fi - The internet connectivity was exceptional. Free and High Speed. Great location - Convenient, easy parking, safe Room has a safe Good, free Breakfast - Had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Waffle makers, cereals, bread, muffins, etc. Had a great coffee and tea bar and juices. Cons: No nightstand on one side of the King bed - this is an issue for those of us using medical devices, like a CPAP. I moved the coffee table to the side of the bed to use. Bathroom quite small - you could sit on the toilet and have one elbow against the shower, and the other against the sink. The toilet was directly in front of the shower door, making it harder to get in and out of it. Walls/doors a bit dinged up - not a big deal, just something I noticed. Mini-fridge was extremely mini - For a one or two night stay, not a problem. Not going to work for long stays. Overall, this is a good place to stay for a night or two, just not sure about longer stays.

Not bad for the price, would have been more peaceful if an idiot didn’t pull the fire alarm in the middle of the night.

Excellent hotel. Very friendly staff, clean room, the bathroom and shower were great! Loved that there was a little coffee machine and fridge that got very cold. Beds were super comfortable. Very quiet, not issues with hearing other guests.

Good breakfast. Room phone did not work.Clean room. Parking was acceptable. Convenient location to highway. Not many places to eat nearby, just benihana"s

The room was nice and located in a quiet spot away from the elevators. The staff was attentive and very welcoming. It was a very pleasant stay and I would not hesitate to book again on future visits to DFW.

The room I booked was not available although I made a reservation. They said the 2nd guest could sleep on the couch until they sorted out the issue. They asked I take all my stuff with me so they can accommodate another guest the following day and asked that I check back in the afternoon for a room w 2 beds.

Very pleasant and beautiful lobby. The continental breakfast was better than any I have seen. Excellent location close to the highway, restaurants.

This hotel is located just away from the DFW airport and in an area close to lots of places to eat and things to do.

The front desk staff was phenomenal, everything else not so much. The room was okay, the heater/AC was ticking even after the staff tried to fix it, huge "Leaf Bug" was on my pillow, staff removed and return with a fresh pillow, then toilet wouldn't flush, staff fixed that as well. Morning breakfast: had to literally wait 15 min to get a waffle and then the batter ran out and I got tired of waiting and the rest of the food looked mediocre so, No Breakfast for me. Very disappointed. Check out, again my troubles were acknowledged and accommodated but I still wouldn't go back.

Good hotel, it was in remodeling but overall was good, good staff

Friendly staff, very clean hotel, room very spacious

Excellent, friendly staff! Great hotel and very clean!

They just spent a couple of million on renovation, it looks good. I liked the color composition, the fact that I was able to open the window and get some fresh air (some very expensive hotels do not have this option and you just have to deal with the 100 years old dusty and moldy interior air) other nice feature of the room is the built in fan (with manual switch) in the bathroom. As almost always, my only issue was the use of cheap energy efficient light bulbs emitting their ugly "light" but at this place at least they try to hide/filter them... All things considered it is a nice, quiet and practical place. I highly recommend it.

I loved this hotel! Clean and cozy. Close to DFW airport and the staff was really professional and accommodating.

We had a nice stay when visiting Irving for a competition. Hotel was under renovation which lowered some of my scores (though issues due to renovation don't quite match scoring categories). But overall it was a pleasant stay and once the renovation is finished (probably it is now), I expect this to be a good place to stay.

The hotel could not get to repair the internet connection for a good few hours on a Saturday. I had to leave a day before my expected stay. Since the following night would not be refundable I thought of staying at the hotel and work for a few hours. The Internet stopped working and the hotel could not fix it for a good few hours, I had to leave since I could not work without internet. On top of that The noise due to the renovations was kind of loud. The hotel told me to send an email to the Manager and he did not even reply to my correspondance.
