We allow well-behaved cats and dogs. Please keep animals off furniture and pick up after your dog, and please note that there is a penalty fee of $300 if there is a dog in the unit without notifying us. Note PET FEE: A pet fee will range from $50-$200, depending on the duration of your stay.

Please be mindful of the electricity. We cover up to $250 per month in electricity. Any excess usage will be billed to the guest
