Perfect Home Away from Home!

This house was so well accommodated and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee in the morning (thanks to the host) and evenings in the living room just watching TV and chatting. The host was very responsive, welcoming, and communicated immediately. We would stay here again!

Beautiful house, great stay!

We had a wonderful, week-long stay for UT Dallas commencement activities. This home was extremely clean; you can tell the owners take great care of their property. Check-in was a breeze and communication was seamless. We enjoyed the AC, ceiling fans, TVs, dining table, comfy beds, backyard games, and quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

Great for kids

Visiting w/ two young children. Property perfect for young kids. Clean, minimalistic decor (perfect for toddlers), plenty of room, comfortable beds, and a central location if you are spending time in Richardson or North Dallas. Would definitely consider staying here again. Also had a brief opportunity to meet the owner/host and he was very nice and accommodation.

Exceptional Choice

If you're in the area, this is 100% the place you want to book. The host was awesome, responsive and very friendly. The home was perfect, and they did not miss any details. I will definitely book this place again!!!! Don't miss it on your trip.

Ideal weekend stay

I was in town with another family member for a family event. We stayed for a long, busy weekend. Although we did not spend much time at the house, the comforts of a home we very appreciated after long days of activities. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms and kitchen are well provided. Dining and grocery options are nearby. The neighborhood was quiet. We did not have time to enjoy the backyard much but it’s very inviting.

Beautiful Home

Home was just as beatiful as the pictures. Great location. The only thing is the noise monitor is a little too senstive when we laughed by it went off . Restroom in the main room needed to be cleaned a little better. Overall we had a great time and stay . Great Host.

Beautiful home

We were there to take our daughter to move into UTD. The house is only a few minutes away from UTD, and is close to numerous shopping areas - Walmart, Target, Sam’s Club etc. The house was sparkling clean when we checked in. Everything was exactly as described. The kitchen appliances and utensils are new. We felt like staying in a model home. This is the best short-term rental that we have stayed at! One more thing - go check out the La Casita bake shop just a couple of minutes away. Great bakery!

Cowboys vs Texans Birthday Weekend

Came with my sister and her husband , my hubby and my mom. Great stay, Could use maybe a small handle bar in one of the bathrooms for older adults in shower or bathtub , but other than that everything was great. The beds were Awesome!! and so comfortable I suffer from lower back pain and hip, and I slept so comfortably. Everything we needed was there! Definitely will keep this one in mind , since we travel a lot . 10 out 10🙂

Modern & Updated

The space felt very modern and updated, featuring large TVs in every bedroom. The kitchen boasted brand new appliances and cookware, making it exceptionally well-equipped compared to other rental homes we've stayed in. The owners were very responsive to our needs, and the air conditioning was easy to control. The furniture was still quite new, and the house closely matched the pictures in the listing. There was plenty of closet and dresser space, and the mattresses were comfortable. The two bathrooms included one with a shower and another with a tub/shower combo. Each bedroom had nice blackout curtains. The in-house washer and dryer were a bit loud but worked well. The property also had a great double garage and fast internet. One thing to note is that there were combination locks on the bedroom doors. This was a first for us in a rental property and we found it slightly concerning with young kids, as they could easily lock themselves in the rooms. Fortunately, we were able to get a code for all the bedroom doors, which helped when the kids did lock themselves in. We would recommend this rental property!
