Terrible stay!!!! BEWARE!!!

This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. The property listing was completely misleading. It advertised WiFi (there was none), two Queen beds (only one Full bed was in the unit), and a working smart lock—which failed within hours. I never received the access code or unit number until after the scheduled check-in time, and only because I asked. The host never proactively shared it or responded to a single message after that.Because of the lack of WiFi, incorrect sleeping accommodations, and the security hazard posed by the broken lock, I had to vacate the property. Despite reaching out to VRBO multiple times and escalating the issue, they refused to intervene unless the host cooperated—which they knew wasn’t happening. VRBO’s “Book with Confidence Guarantee” means nothing when they allow hosts to ignore guests and post deceptive listings without consequence.Do not book this property. And be cautious—VRBO seems to protect hosts, even when they violate basic standards of safety and honesty.
