Unsafe area. People knocking on the door after midnight, cops had to be called. Rudest most unprofessional hotel staff.
Property was a really good value for the money. Only minor complaint is trivial but the tiling in the bathroom looked poorly installed/maintained but it doesn't really matter. The water coming out of the shower head was inconsistently warm/cold
I like the area where it's located near everywhere around Arlington
I love the rooms, it's close to my job also , different restaurant.
The was no safety lock on room door , no coffee maker , no hair dryer , no iron , just terrible ! The front office offered fresh coffee in the morning but wasn’t any made !! When I went to check out the employee said just drop it on the counter ( as he was on his phone 😡) I said I would like a receipt please and he made this loud sigh and jumps up then said you don’t even get one from us 😡😡
The room appeared clean but it had an unpleasant smell. It smelled something like sewage coming from the drains. There were no amenities. The towels that were there were the cheapest & the smallest possible.
The front desk worker was rude. He wanted me to give him my card I used originally when set it up through Orbitz. I had no idea with a 3rd party I still needed to bring my card. I’ve done it before where since it was prepaid by 3rd party, nothing was necessary. He was sarcastic and rudely told me I should have read the fine print because Orbitz doesn’t do this only Expedia. then when I went to obtain a receipt he gave me an excuse that Expedia doesn’t provide this. I had to remind him I used Orbitz (as if making an excuse to not give me my receipt). Just not happy with overall service and I’ve never stayed somewhere that didn’t have an iron or ironing board. Kinda crappy.
well after I traveled 1400 miles they told me and my son that the credit card was refused and there was no room for us after 8 months without any such notice. Left us out on the street at midnight with no help and no transportation in spite of me holding a conformation sheet stating "no need to reconfirm "
I had to kill a cockroach. Never been to a hotel that didnt have shampoo & conditioner in the room. Ice bucket was dirty tobacco spit in it and told housekeeping when they came to collect dirty towels and he wiped it out with dirty towel, so i didnt use it. Housekeeping only came to change out towels and i changed trash when they handed me the bags. Never cleaned room the 4 nights i was there. Lots of drug activity in a few rooms. I was in room #231. I was glad there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Said there was vending machines i never found them.
It was the hospitality that I loved. The housekeeper's wear excellent, they didn't knock on your door or anything like that. Overall I give it one thousand
This property was good for what I needed - just a place to sleep overnight and shower in the morning. While it has been updated, there are still cracks in the walls, mold around the tub, etc. that show its age. And the tub faucet ran incessantly - not a drip, a steady stream that would not shut off.
