When i first arrived at this property, I was impressed with the layout. It's later on that it became a hassle to get in touch with the host. She doesn't answer the phone, you have to communicate with the host through the portal even during emergencies. She did not answer the phone at all, i even had to call the VRBO help line due to this. There is only 1 TV in the entire house, so everyone has to watch the same thing the entire time. The floors are uneven in the master bedroom between the doorway and the bathroom doorway. It clearly looks like some foundation work was performed in the house. Also when you turn on the shower in the master bathroom, the toilet begins to bubble and make noises and the shower doesn't drain completely while showering. Later on, there was an unbearable sewage spell coming from the washroom and I sent the host a message and attempted to reach out to her via phone and tell her what we were experiencing, she didn't answer the phone amd she responded on the app an hour later suggesting that she had another property that we could move to although it wasn't complete and the house had holes in it, because she was working on the foundation in that home. Instead of coming over and seeing what we were talking about and offer to put us in a hotel or some other kind of accommodation.
