The rental property includes three bedrooms, 1 bathrooms, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen. You will have access to the entire home during your stay.

Our neighborhood is currently undergoing some changes. Local Builder are investing in the area, cycling out the older homes and welcoming young first-time homebuyers. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet.

Parking in our neighborhood is typically hassle-free. You`ll have 4 spots in the driveway and there is street parking available.

Our home offers a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary cookware and utensils, as well as a cozy living room with a flat screen tv. We also provide complimentary Wi-Fi, keyless entry, free private parking and pets are free to stay.

Please note that before before you receive access to the property, you will need to complete all of the following pre-check-in requirements:

Pet Policy:
Pets are welcomed, with the first pet staying free of charge. Each additional pet will incur a fee of $75. Pets must be placed in a kennel when no one is home.

Please note that we process payments through a payment processor, Stripe. In the event of a cancellation, the payment processing fee and application fee are non-refundable.
We want every guest to feel relaxed and at home here. We ask only that you treat this space the way you`d treat a close friend`s home.

1. Security devices. Exterior cameras and a noise-level monitor are installed and disclosed. Disabling, covering, unplugging, or repositioning any of them ends your stay immediately with no refund.
2. No smoking, vaping, or cannabis inside the home or the amenity building, or within 25 feet of either. Please smoke in the back yard and dispose of butts properly. Smoking indoors: $500 remediation fee.
3. Be good to the neighbors. Keep music and outdoor noise down, especially at night. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM. 1st complaint = warning · 2nd = $150 · 3rd = stay terminated.
4. No parties, events, or gatherings of anyone not on the reservation. Total people on the property may not exceed your booked guest count at any time, including daytime visitors.
5. Report damage within 24 hours of check-in so we know it wasn`t you. Please don`t attempt repairs yourself.
6. Nothing but toilet paper down the toilets.
7. Makeup wipes and dark face towels are provided. Please don`t use the white towels for makeup. Missing or stained linens may be charged at replacement cost.

Hot Tub

8. Children must be supervised within arm`s reach at all times. Please close and lock the cover whenever the tub isn`t in use.
9. No alcohol in the hot tub. Heat and alcohol together are a leading cause of drowning. No glass anywhere near the tub.
10. Shower before you get in. No soaps, oils, or bath products.
11. If the water is contaminated and has to be drained, sanitized, and refilled: $100.

Sauna

12. Never put clothing, towels, or anything else on or near the heater. This is the number one cause of sauna fires.
13. Never leave it running unattended, and please confirm it`s off before you leave the room. No one under 16. 15 minutes is the recommended limit.

Fire Pit

14. An adult must stay with the fire until it is completely out. Water source within reach before you light it.
15. No gasoline, lighter fluid, or accelerant of any kind. Split firewood only — no trash, leaves, or treated lumber.

Gym & Amenity Building

16. Weights must go back on the storage racks after use and before check-out — not on the floor, on benches, or loaded on a bar. Our housekeeping team can`t lift them safely, and a loose plate is a hazard for the next guest. $100 service visit if they`re left out; damage to weights or flooring billed at repair cost.
17. No one under 16 on the fitness equipment. Adult supervision required for anyone under 18 in this building.
18. No smoking, candles, or open flame inside.
19. Please don`t move or reconfigure furniture or equipment.

Pets

20. Pets are welcome — $100 per pet. Please clean up after them inside and out.
21. No pets on beds or furniture. Hair, urine, or feces on bedding or furniture: $75. Undisclosed pets: $150.
22. Kennel your pet when no one is home. No pets in the hot tub, sauna, or amenity building.

Check-In & Check-Out

23. Check-out is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available for $35/hour if the schedule allows — it isn`t guaranteed. Early check-in may also be available for $35/hour based on availability.
