This is a hotel for losers. Smells of smoke. Furniture is dirty. Shower curtains had fungus. Cockroaches in the room. No breakfast in the morning. NEVER AGAIN!

yyeaa I even brought one up to the front desk and the rude lady says don't look like no bug to me????

We had made a reservation for a non-smoking room and the room we got smelled like smoke. Even the towels and sheets smelled like smoke. We were told we were not guaranteed a non-smoking room with our reservation. The next day they did move us to a better room that was truly a non smoking room. That was thanks to a very attentive manager who was a big help. The cleaning staff will only come once a week (and only if youstay longer than 8 days). For the money you pay you get decent service and a decent room. But understand this is like staying at a motel. And this specific one is right on the highway. The first night room we had was on the third floor right next to the highway so there was constant noise of cars. There is another extended stay a few blocks away that would be a smarter place to avoid the highway noise.

I had the worse experience the hotel had bugs rips and holes in the curtain. No room service, no towels, no hot water, no nothing. Whatever I didn't have I didn't have it or I had to go get it. The guy at the front desk with curly hair had no concern and did not speak english well at all. I deserve two nights free but not in the same room. Very,very. Disappointed.

When we arrived, our room was still filthy from the previous guests. We had to lug all of our things back to the lobby (with a baby in tow) while they cleaned the room. It was clear that they only did a cursory job cleaning - surfaces were still dirty, the room smelled like old food, and we saw a roach in the kitchen. In addition, sleep was difficult as there were numerous outside noises - traffic, other guests, etc. The guests above us were partying all night. Other than the cleanliness and noise factors, the room was decent for the price. Management did offer us a free night's stay on another visit, but we won't be returning.

The price was great for what I got. I had a king size bed with a sofa sleeper and the kitchen of course. The way the room was set up you couldn't see the kitchen from the bedroom and the living room was seperated from the bedroom to so it made it feel like home because it wasn't one large room. I was very happy.

My overall stay was good but when I tried to set another reservation all chaos broke out.

One ice machine for the whole facility and it wasn't working and the front desk had no idea when it would be fixed. Had to keep hitting the TV to stop the picture from jiggling. The lobby was closed ....... locked ...... when I tried to check out at 6:30 AM and no one came to the door. Mold in the bathroom.

Overall the hotel is good. The room was clean and comfortable. But only the bad things the internet was very slow and you have to paid for it, and they don't have any extra blanket and pillow also, they don't have room services.
