Welcome to my 1 bedroom unit Downtown Dallas, where you have a view of Dallas Downtown living , Rooftop pool , We’re 5 minutes of walking from BARS , Casual Dining, 1 minute walk from the AT&T Discovery District. (President John F Kennedy memorial ) 2 minute walk from (The Statler hotel where Tina Turner Escaped her abusive husband Ike Turner).Also there is so much more to explore such as Art museums , Ancient Museums , Perot Museum.

More cons than pros

Pros: - The owner was quick with communication. - Good location, central to downtown and the convention center. - A/C worked great. - Has a balcony. Cons:- The unit had a strong cigarette smell, mixed with fragrances to cover it up. It was very strong. The listing claims to not allow smoking. - No toiletries, just a used bar of soap. - Stained bedding. - Extra bedding in the closet smelled like it hasn’t been washed. - Food left over in the refrigerator. - Pet hair on the couch and blankets. - Chairs on the patio were rickety, and unstable. - The host provided 2 towels, the booking was for 3 people for 5 days. When we requested additional towels the host said no. - The couch in the den was so low to the ground you had to roll onto the ground to your knees to get off. There were 2 mirrors duct taped to the wall. The mirrors are about 9 at Walmart. One fell off the wall while we were sleeping, and cracked. The host filed a 200 claim against the insurance we purchased for our stay. We stayed 2 nights and could not get comfortable here. We canceled the balance of our stay and moved to a local hotel.
