Had a maintenance issue early in the morning. I telephoned the front desk several Times and no one answered. I physically walked down to report the issue and no was at the front desk—-waited for about 15 minutes before anyone finally arrived! This is the second time I have noticed that the night, morning clerks are not at their station and they are either hanging out in the lounge area gossiping on their cell phones or seated in the guest area as if they are on their living room couch when they should be working! very unprofessional style and vibe!
