We had a bit of a glitch upon check-in but the staff was accommodating and all was well in the end. After going to our room, we realized it wasn't totally clean. Trash hadn't been emptied and there was still a wet towel in the bathroom. We went back to the front desk to see if we could get another room. They were very apologetic and assigned us a new room. However, when we got to that room, we realized it had two double beds rather than the two kings we'd reserved. After heading BACK to the front desk, they informed us our original room was ready if we wanted to go back. We took it and had a great stay for the remainder of our trip. It was a bit inconvenient but the staff was nice and the room was clean and spacious. We would return.

I've been a frequent visitor to this hotel and I'm always looking forward to be back. whenever I made a mistake and booked somewhere else I regretted it.

Good hotel. Nice fitness center and coin laundry available. Only downside is the business center and room service. The staff disabled downloading stuff so you can ONLY print boarding passes, nothing else. And I tried three days in a row to order room service. Some guy who spoke no English answered every time. I even called the front desk who confirmed that there was room service; they gave me a different number than the one that was listed and the same guy answered. Never got room service.

The room was somewhat clean, the tub was a little stained. The hotel was old and looked like they tried to cheaply remodel. The business center smelled like dead cats. Its not in the best part of town, I wouldn't advise women staying alone. However the manager and the complimentary breakfast was awesome.

Nice hotel,pretty and clean,small room but beautiful,for a weekend that's ok.

Other Guests were inconsiderate and had early morning and late night shouting matches in the hallway. One guest pounded on the outside door for about 10 minutes to gain access which is only granted by key card. None of these events can be attributed to the BW Plus.

Very clean and nice room. Location is great and the staff were always helpful and pleasant.

Would not recommend this hotel due to the customer service. Very disappointed in the customer service I received. Checked in on 9/20 at around 730 pm. The male that was working behind the counter was very rude and unfriendly. He presented to be mad and frustrated from the very beginning. As I was checking in, he was very short. I asked for a late check-out (only for one extra hour) and was rudely informed that I could not and that this hotel does not like to do a late check-out. But if I really wanted it then he would have to charge me for another full days room charge. Then he drops my room keys on the counter and says nothing else to me. I asked him if we were done and he said yes, your finished here. I have never stayed here prior and was not directed to where the elevator was. Had a guest show me where the elevators were because I was walking the halls trying to find it. The room was very small, but clean and stylish. I put a Do not disturb sign on my door. At 815 the next morning, I have housekeeping banging on my door and trying to enter my room. I went to the door and opened it. Asked why she was banging on my door at 815 when checkout was not till 1100, and that I had a sign on my door to not be disturbed. She informs me that she can't speak or read English. Was not told about the complimentary breakfast at check in. My husband and I checked out early d/t us being very unhappy with our treatment. My husband stops by the restaurant to get a tooth pick. The man standing at the door asks him if he is a guest and he says yes. He is then asked what the room number was and my husband didn't remember. The man denies him entrance to the breakfast area. He told him all he needed was a tooth pick that he was not eating. Was told that he couldn't get one without his room number. I will NOT stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone. I have told several people about our experience and am considering reporting this to corporate office.

The room was adequate for the price. The parking was horrible, and the police were constantly in the parking lot The breakfast Buffett was amazing

Very nice hotel, clean room and very nice breakfast buffet

I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and hotel. My only negative was my four year old had to stop swimming because management had allowed a large group of men to start a loud party beside the pool and my daughter didn't need to be around that language and behavior. But the pool itself was nice other than that.

The little coffee maker was not clean.....that grossed me out!!! I went to the coffee shop around the corner which could be an inconvenience to other guests. The breakfast was not too good..... The halls are very long and somewhat confusing.....We booked through a service because we were charged 3 times the amount on the credit card. To make matters worse, the hotel backed up the service we used!!!!!! True customer service has Truly gone out the window. Three times $177.52 for a 2 night stay at this hotel??????? NO WAY!!!!

Average experience. I feel that this hotel is getting worse from what my employees tell me.

Convenient location good breakfast buffet. Friendly staff.

Stay was very good. Friendly staff. Some trouble with the tv but they fixed it. Quick service on a plugged drain in the bathtub

The room was clean and comfortable.... Good breakfast. Just bad smell in elevator and hallways...

A very clean restored building. BW staff are courteous as usual. Got a clean room, good breakfast too. Not as expensive as other rooms in the area.

Great service! Very friendly staff great food people simply is great!!

i have been to this best western before and i thought that since so much has changed, that the staff and food would to, surprisingly i found my self still pleased and very satisfied with My overall experience.

Hallways were like a sauna, the late night/early morning staff wasn't too helpful, but overall great deal for the money.
