You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

1-Bed w/Private Entrance, quarters attached to main house, 10 Min from Downtown!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. It will give you a great place to lay your head while being near Downtown and just a couple miles from the heart of Bishop Arts District. Enter from our private guest entrance in the back and enjoy the backyard and patio, as well as access to washer & dryer. Private guest quarters is attached to main house, but remains solely yours during your stay.

Please note: The guest suite is attached to the main house with access through the backyard. There is a thin interior door between our kitchen and your walkway space, so occasional noise (such as voices or conversation) may be heard from both sides. We also have a friendly dog who may bark when guests arrive, but we do our best to keep her quiet and ensure a peaceful stay. The bedroom door is a sliding barn door without a lock, but the backyard door has a lock and the door to the main house remains locked.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a patio and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
