Great getaway, even in the rain! My family loved this property. The game room is terrific, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the furnishings are comfortable—complete with lots of thoughtful touches like throw blankets, and even a basket of toys for our four-legged family member. Laura was friendly, and quick to respond to any questions. We’d definitely stay here again!

Place was absolutely great! Our daughter loved the hot tub. All the kids enjoyed the game room especially our two boys. We made s’mores and enjoyed the fire pit! I would highly recommend it to anyone!

The entire cabin was very well prepared for our stay! There were even toys and bowls ready for our pup! Additional blankets and coffee pods to keep us warm. Our kids and adults had a lot of fun in the game room on rainy days. We enjoyed the morning sunrises on the porch. The host was quick to respond to any questions. We loved it and would love to be back!

Perfect Mountain Getaway!We absolutely loved our stay at Hideout Haven! The cabin was spotless, cozy, and had everything we could possibly need for a relaxing and fun weekend. The game room was amazing — we spent hours playing pool, pinball, and arcade games. The outdoor hot tub and firepit area were perfect for unwinding in the evenings under the stars, and the outdoor cinema setup was such a unique touch!The location was ideal — peaceful and surrounded by nature, yet just minutes from downtown Dahlonega and several great wineries. We also appreciated how dog-friendly the property was, and the filtered tap water was a thoughtful bonus.This cabin truly has something for everyone — whether you want to relax, play, or explore the North Georgia mountains. We can’t wait to come back and would recommend Hideout Haven to anyone looking for the perfect mountain retreat! Owners are very prompt with replies and communication.

We loved this place so much! I can’t wait to book again. The hosts were very accommodating and communicative. We did not have any problems during our stay. The home was well stocked and GORGEOUS! The decor inside was inspiring and cozy and so pretty. The wallpapered ceilings really added a ton of personality to the place. We really enjoyed the game room. It had so many fun things to do. Also we really enjoyed the fire pit. The bed and bedding was amazingly fluff and cozy. The pillow options were wonderful. I drifted away into snooze town every evening so easily. Nearby there are so many things to do. We geocached, dined out, went to a few wineries, hiked, strolled through town and enjoyed the leaf colors everywhere. I think the owners of the home have really put some thought into their place to make it so special. This place would be nice to stay in any time of year!

This cabin was absolutely amazing! The amenities went above and beyond our expectations — from the huge game room and relaxing hot tub to the outdoor movie screen, there was always something fun to do. The property itself was peaceful and private, surrounded by nature, and it was exactly what we wanted for a quiet weekend away. I booked this cabin to hang out with my brother while it’s his first year of college! It was me, both my brothers, and two friends of his to stay and hang out altogether and just relax even if it was the second week of school for the two college kiddos. I love building memories and loved looking out into the yard and seeing deer and rabbits early in the morning or even mid day! Also, no idea what was in the air but we all slept like royalty there! We loved the hot tub to relax ourselves. The boys loved hanging out in the game room and just being boys! I loved every minute of it to see my brothers smile and happy to just hang out. We will be booking for another time for sure!

Anniversary Vacation

Searched for Weeks for the right cabin for my wife and I to stay at for our Anniversary. We came across this property and since we were going to invite our son and his wife and also bring our dog. Thought it would be a suitable property. The location was great. Real close to Dahlonega, but far off enough to get you the rural vibe. Many places to go to nearby as well a short trip to Helen, Ga. We were pleasantly surprise on what we saw for wildlife from the cabin. Wild Turkeys, Rabbits, and of course Deer. They were out every night. The Host was VERY responsive. Done many stays with others and you could expect to wait hours or a day for a response. This Host response time at the longest less than an hour. Most times, just in minutes. Very helpful and answered all questions with very humble responses. Love this. The service sells itself. Can't find this many places. Will certainly be back.
