Great house and location ! We had a great time, the fenced in yard for the dogs was great! We will definitely stay again in the future .

It needs to be updated. There weren’t enough utensils in the kitchen. It was scuffed and needs more supplies. Very dark and dingy. I was disappointed in the interior of the house. It needs a refresher.

Convenient and Fun

71 has several fun amenities, good for families-pool, hot tub, and two game areas with a pool table, air hockey poker table and foosball. Also has a nice cottage with a large screen tv for movies or sports. Walmart is very close as is Dahlonega Square with lots of shops and eating areas.

Dog smell

The house was nice. The only problem was we walked in at home you can smell dog hair and smell that dogs have been in the house. The smell was strong. Did not like that and will not rent that home again

Family time

Took advantage of GA College student and FL high school students out of school by sight seeing the Dahlonega and Helen areas. This home is located perfectly! Plenty of room for multiple families to enjoy time together and still have privacy. So many options for the kids in both game room areas. We will be back!

Great location and lots of sleeping space!

We had 8 women stay 2 nights. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was great and the location was in walking distance to the downtown square. Everyone said the beds were comfortable! The hot tub was amazing and we had a great night sitting pool side with the outdoor lighting. Very relaxing and would stay there again.

Great house and location

This house was wonderful for a weekend stay with extended family for our daughter's wedding. It had everything we needed to accommodate us including a Blackstone grill for a large family breakfast on Friday. The hot tub and game room kept the kids entertained. Would highly recommend if you need a place for a large group in Dahlonega!

Nice Getaway

Perfect spot for our ladies getaway to visit local wineries and enjoy hanging out. The house was very clean. It’s a little on the rustic side. While there wasn’t a cozy spot in the house for us all to gather, we loved hanging out in the little guest house, and we thoroughly enjoyed the covered porch and the pool. Check-in/out process and communications were excellent. The Dahlonega area is beautiful!

Perfect Vacation Home

We absolutely loved this property! Everything was clean and in order just as listed. We enjoyed the game room and pool/hot tub, and the location was just perfect. Highly recommend it for any group, but the house is perfectly set up for kids/teens to have their own space.
