평점이 높아서 별로 안따지고 예약했는데 많이 실망했네요..우선 욕실에서 하수구 냄새가 계속나서 화장실 사용하기가 너무 힘들었네요. 그리고 방음이 전혀 안되어 새벽2시쯤 복도에서 말하는 소리가 너무 크게 들려 잠을 잘수 없었으며 지하주차장이 지하1층과 2층있던데 지하1층은 주차선이 너무작게 되어서 큰차는 주차 불가였으며 지하2층 주차장입구는 내려가며 딱 긁기 좋은구조라 그런지 내려가보니 주차한 자동차가 경차 한대 뿐이던데 바닥에 먼지가 잔뜩쌓여있고 지하실냄새에 공기순환이 안되더라구요.. 그외에도 많지만 다 적기가 귀찮을 정도 네요.. 가격대비 비추합니다.
