My room was huge, a 2 bedroom comfortable room with a sitting area, kitchen table, balcony. and nice bathroom. There was a nice roof top pool, although it was sad to see the area around the pool looked like it had not been used in a long time, an abandoned bar area and old looking chairs and tables- at one time it must have been beautiful, there were old signs with menus and bar items. The pool itself looked very nice and inviting. The restaurant was closed except for breakfast. All the staff I met were very nice. I would stay here again.

Very disappointed with this stay. The online listing clearly stated a Triple Deluxe room with 3 beds, but when we arrived there were only 2 beds, which caused immediate inconvenience for our group. The room did not match what was advertised which was a mistake on their part. Even more concerning, the balcony door lock was broken, creating a serious safety issue. We reported it to the staff and were told it would be fixed, but nothing was done during our stay. While the staff were very kind and responsive, management needs to do better.

All employees were the absolute best. For the price there is no reason to complain. Its a small acquaint hotel boutique and they continue to have tourist bus eat at the hotels restaurant. Practically all Asians. Breakfast was not very desirable for U.S. Americans unless you dont mind Vietnamese foods for breakfast. They do offer eggs for breakfast, either scrambled, medium, if you ask for over easy eggs with runny yoke you better ask for sunny side up otherwise your eggs yoke will be hard cooked. The biggest complaint i had is most of their food is not covered to keep the flies off the food or if people sneeze many people do not turn away or cover their mouth and nose. The fruit was great but they need to continue replacing it because its gone quick. Also cover the fruit. Please...would i stay again chances are yes we would.

Mr.Tyler will help to make your trip wonderful. - room condition: very clean, quiet, modern style, cozy, romantic. Most amenities are provided. Beds are bigger than average, and very comfortable. - breakfast: very good. Pho (rice noodles) is great! You should have! They serve a little bit different foods every morning. All foods are fresh and delicious. Staffs made Vietnam coffee for us every morning. - budget hotel but luxury, modern style My parents, my husband are extremely satisfied with this hotel. **p.s. I was worried because there is no review of this hotel when i was planning my trip and finding a proper hotel. But that’s an unnecessary anxiety. This hotel is opened from October in this year, 2017. That’s why it is hard for you to find reviews of this hotel.

J’ai aimé mon séjour à cette hôtel malgré quelque petite défectuosité dans la chambre. Le plancher avec beaucoup d’ouverture donc c’est pas très agréable de marcher nue pied. L’eau chaude de la douche est vraiment difficile à ajuster car la pression d’eau froid est trop basse.
