improfessional receptionist

Overall ok until when i checked out the receptionist trying to charge me again when I am already made payment upon the day I made booking. The breakfast choices too little and was cold when i reached there around 9am. The location is good and room condition is acceptable, i hope the hotel management please makr the efforts to train their staffs. She dont even aplogise when she made mistakes.

Da Nang Pacific Hotel was one of the worst places I have stayed at in Vietnam. We booked the hotel for 2nights on hotels.com whilst doing so we asked what the best way was getting to and from the airport was but no response. Once we arrived to the hotel we were greeted with a rude and ignorant young guy who just handed us a room key and breakfast voucher only for the first morning. We asked how to get to Hue for the next part of our journey but he just responded with taxi so we went to our room. Got to our room at 21:00 to only find the hot water isn’t working and no view (Aircon units with sign in front of window). They came up and fixed it temporarily for it to stop again about 15min later. They then changed us rooms to next door to have the same view but this time hot water. The next hurdle we had to jump was mould in the shower, ants in the room and cockroaches! In the morning we asked them to clean the room for this as we went to breakfast, during breakfast we noticed more cockroaches dead next to the dining table in the plants and on the floor. After this we decided not to eat anymore and not to even bother about asking for the breakfast voucher for the second morning. We went out for the day returning that afternoon to find the ants were still in the room. We then got the bug spray off the hotel staff and did it ourselves. It was very disappointing considering there are hotels/hostels for the same price and location which would be cleaner and more helpful than this

Friendly front desk staff, clean room, comfortable bed, hot shower with good pressure, cable, breakfast included with good view of city. Air conditioner turned on by button on the side, remote didn't work. So it either blew really cold or nothing at all. Got an okay massage then was told by the masseuse I had to tip her 40%! Had to go down to the front desk to get it straightened out. Pass on the massage!

Just a place to sleep; don't expect anything else.

Stayed 3 nights, but wish it was only 1. Room was uncomfortable due to having to wait 20 minutes for A/C to cool down each time upon entering. Towels were worn/old and had holes. Shower head had a mind of its own if put on full blast. Bad Bathroom layout (sit on toilet and your knees hit the tub). Tub was raised and upon stepping down, you can easily slip and fall. Sometimes the elevator door won't open. No elevator access to top floor restaurant. Nightlife seemed pretty sparse; you usually need a cab to the happening areas of town. Breakfast buffet was included with our price, but the food quality was just OK. Nothing very interesting; we opted to pass on the free food our last day for better offerings.

Great neighborhood.

The room is a bit small, the service was good. About half mile (3/4 kilometer) walking distance to the Han's river where you can have a cold beer or a fresh coconut, the dragon spitting fire and the beauty of Đà Nẵng @ night.

Hotel staffs are very friendly and welcoming. The room and the hotel are generally clean. Nice location and not so far from the beach. Cheap price and good quality is usually hard to come by but Pacific Hotel will tell you otherwise.

when i into the room, i feel the standard room is smaller than the other hotel, very disappoint . i stay this hotel for 2day, the second day morning i want to eat breakfast at 8.30am but i saw no more food at the table. i ask the staff , they answer breakfast finish already, i very angry. i will no booking this hotel next time.

Excellent hotel friendly staff

I would recommend this hotel to anybody. It is clean, spacious, central and has all the required amenities and more. Buffet breakfast included and was very good. They offer things like massage, tour and travel bookings as well as a sauna & steam room which I did try and it was wonderful! The only downside is if you want to check in earlier than the 2pm check in time you must pay for a half day. I hope yor hotel changes this. Other than that please stay here I really enjoyed it.
