Lacking hotel information for guests to know such as whether water bottles are free or not ..etc. Also you have to insert the key card into a slot by the door to turn the power on. When you remove it, all power shuts down and the fridge won’t be able to keep things cold when this happens

Area is good, no staff was there when we arrived, but wait for staff, maybe slow season. The room is okay is just the table and chair is hard. The tooth paste is not mint. The water takes time to get warm up. Price is competitive so overall is good place.

I accidentally hit cancel on this. Had Orbitz called them to revert the cancellation, but no luck. I was able to call the hotel and the manager said they would not charge me for the revert cancellation. However at checkout, they charged me the full 2 nights for that room

酒店大堂跟房間都很乾淨 酒店附近已經有不少美食 而且望大叻夜市很近 員工態度親切 唯一不足是沒有24小時熱水供應 洗澡就只能在晚上
