This Hotel doesn’t honour bookings

Arrived late at night and they said try had no room and no communication from Expedia. After i went to find hotels for myself unsuccesfully They put me up in a place that was a karaoke bar at my own expense. Was told they would have room the next day. Was left to fend for myself and ended up finding my own hotel even though they said they would find a hotel for me. Smoking in the hotel and restaurant is a common feature
