Great Location, great customer service, special thank you to Rosslyn, always with a smile greeting guest, and available to help with your needs. Breakfast is good with healthy food, Hamburger is good too.
We stayed here for 4 days as we explored the magical city of Cusco and did Machu Picchu. They welcomed us so kindly, great restaurant and breakfast, adorable lobby and rooms. Our room had a great street view to see the mountains. Close to a lot of shops, plaza, and city center. Very pleased.
The interior design of this hotel sets it apart from the norm, love it. The front staff are an asset to the hotel with their cheery attitude. The hotel is licated not far from the main square and good restaurants. We stored our bags there whilst visiting Macchu Pitchu. Breakfast is good.with a nice selection of fare. A nice hotel.
After a horrible and long night bus trip from La Paz we arrived to Cusco at cca 5:00 am. We took a taxi to the Plaza de Armas thinking to find a place where to have a breakfast or just a tea. We were strolling the streets around, but nothing was open. When we arrived to this nice Hotel someone was standing at the entrance door and we came inside just to ask about the breakfast. We perfectly know that this is not common to have a breakfast in a hotel just without accomodation. We found the breakfast excellent, and it would be even 6* with a natural yoghurt without sugar/sweetener and a freshly prepared nice espesso coffee. Dear Staff, we are really greatful for all of you let us enter for a great breakfast in a very Cuzqueno Hotel! Thank you very much for being flexible and helpful with us! Congratulations for the enterieur design at the ground floor, it is really calling to sit down there and enjoy the environment.. Thankyou.
This hotel is laid out with separate buildings surrounding some very well looked after gardens. The rooms were large and comfortable with portable heaters--if you need them. A nice dinning room with a very good breakfast and a bar area for evening drinks.
We stayed here for our trip to Cusco and Machu Picchu. They were nice enough to store our bags while we stayed over night at Machu Picchu. The hotel is close to the main square and an easy walk to most restaurants and attractions. The breakfast included was good. The rooms and clean and quiet. The showers were a bit funky and they would occasionally scald you with hot water... just ended up taking baths instead. The staff were friendly and I would recommend staying here to my friends and family.
We stayed two nights in this hotel sandwiched around a night at Machu Picchu. The service was good, the rooms were decent, we didn't experience a lot of noise that other reviewers have noted. We stayed in rooms 104 and 263. We were told that we would be staying in room 104 again on the second night, but that was not the case. Room 263 had a strong hot shower that felt really good after our day at Machu Picchu. The bellman, Willee (sp?), was really helpful and gives excellent customer service. He helped us organize an all-day taxi to see the Inca ruins around Cusco for a very reasonable price. This hotel has an 8 AM check-out policy which is crazy for US travelers.
The wi-fi is not working well at evening when everybody is on . Good location , at a walking distance to main street and main attractions . Good services , rooms are clean ; the storage service of our luggages is efficient .
We had 2 rooms for the family for a night stay. Had a comfortable night.Comes with breakfast and free wifi. They do have English speaking receptionists. They allowed us to store our luggages with them when we went to Machu Picchu to overnight. Would recommend this hotel when in Cuzco. The rate is reasonable. We had dinner there once and it took a long while for the food to be on the table.
I travelled with my group of people. Stayed for two nights in January, 2017. The hotel is located very close to the Qoricancha, pretty close to the plaza de armas as well. Recently renovated hotel. Warm atmosphere. Rooms are nice and the breakfast was good. The customer service was nice. Two of my group were sick for the high altitude so couldn't eat any food at the breakfast so I asked if they can service a small plate of rice porridge and yes. also the oxygen support as well. It was really nice of the hotel service. I recommend this hotel in Cusco. Thanks
