San Agustin Internacional Hotel

A bit of a funky place. Very cosy lobby with coca tea and coca leaves ad libitum. Basic breakfast. The rooms are quite small and the double beds the smallest that I have ever encountered at 140cm wide- quite intimate! Staff was not the most welcoming- always looked like we were intruding on their smartphone occupations. Good showers but teeny bathrooms overall. Dysfunctional safes.

On our first visit the bed given for the two of us was small . But we were assisted by Lidezca Vscamoyta who dealt with our problem and gave us a better room in our second stay there. The hotel is nice and near the square where there are a few things to do.

This was a quaint hotel with good amenities but not great. The rooms need updating and specifically they need to do something about their doors and security. The doors are extremely loud no matter how careful you are and worse there is no additional lock other than a small push lock on handle. The key is an actual key with a very large tag with your room number. As a female travelling alone, it did not feel safe considering this is a 4 star. Breakfast is good and staff are very helpful. Location is very good being close to the city square, about 3 minutes walk.

The Hotel San Agustin Internacional is located in the heart of Cusco's Centro Historico district and is within short walking distance of the most important tourist destinations, stores and restaurants. Walking (even late at night) is no problem as Cusco is a safe tourist destination. Although room pricing can very widely due to specials and being part of a tour group the posted room rates are: Single: $138.21 USD Double: $158.68 USD Triple: $184.28 USD I stayed over several nights in different rooms (due to my tour schedule) with both rooms being small yet comfortable. But the 2nd room did not have a small refrigerator which was a small annoyance. The WiFi and TV reception was spot on. The complementary breakfast (see photos) was delicious and supported a wide selection of choices. The Peruvian coffee was great, but I am not sure if the juices were fresh or canned. The dining room has a very attractive decor (see photos) as does the entire hotel which is decorated in a Spanish Modern motif. All in all this is an excellent choice for a wonderful stay in Cusco.

Stayed there for two nights as part of a Tour in around Cusco and truly enjoyed this hotel that is within 300m of the Plaza de Armas and all the action. The room was small but comfortable and the breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.

As mentioned by others this hotel is nicely situated. We spent time here before and after our Machu Picchu tour. Our second floor room was cute with arches, but it was small. Our first floor room was more basic, but it was bigger. There are two pizzerias right across the road and around the corner. There is a museum next door. This is a nice place to stay in Cusco.

This hotel nicely situated in the old Cusco offers comfortable rooms looking a bit like grottos. The beds are comfortable and the bathroom is well equipped. The wi-fi worked well too. The breakfast buffet offers a nice choice of pastries and various fresh juices. Service was fine during our stay of 2 nights.

This hotel is a good hotel to stay at. When we arrived in Cusco, the hotel sent a taxi to pick us up, which was nice. At the hotel, the bell boy greeted us by giving us coca tea. He brought our luggage up to our room for us. The room was nice but noisy at night. For breakfast, there is a buffet, but the food is average. We wanted to print our boarding passes and we asked one receptionist for help. It seemed like she had a bad attitude. The other ladies were very nice. Overall it was a good experience.

Great Location, great customer service, special thank you to Rosslyn, always with a smile greeting guest, and available to help with your needs. Breakfast is good with healthy food, Hamburger is good too.

We stayed here for 4 days as we explored the magical city of Cusco and did Machu Picchu. They welcomed us so kindly, great restaurant and breakfast, adorable lobby and rooms. Our room had a great street view to see the mountains. Close to a lot of shops, plaza, and city center. Very pleased.
