The hotel and staff were very nice and the room was clean and large. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had many options. Our only complaint is that the elevators are quite slow when many guests are headed to breakfast, and there would sometimes be a 7 minute wait for an elevator. We would definitely stay here again!

O atendimento da recepcao foi bom, porém no restaurante foi péssimo. Descemos as 21:18 para jantar no local, e o atendente disse que teriamos que descer no térreo, e enfatizou que era até as 22:00. Fomos até a recepcao que nos indicou o mesmo lugar que estavamos, ou seja, o entedente nos fez de trouxa. O atendimento do estacionamento tambem deixou a desejar, alem de termos que deixar com o manobrista para estacionar, em consulta ao rastreio do carro, vimos que fica estacionado em outro Hotel. O pior foi quando fizemos o check in, disponibilizaram um quarto que ao entrar tinha pertencentes de outros hóspedes. Um erro muito grave. Do restante ok

Prezados (as), mo gerao tudo foi muito bom. O meu feedback negativo,séria as refeições no saguao do hotel. Infelizmente é um espaço relativamente pequeno para o atendimento desse servico.O meu pedido demorou mais de 20 minutos, e com a demora, vi um casal com criança a espera para jantar, dei a prioridade para eles, e solicitei que me levassem minha refeição no quarto. Mas no D+, foi muito bom!!

Foi uma estadia ótima! As instalações do hotel são muito boas, a equipe de atendimento é muito prestativa, o café da manhã é muito bom, enfim, foi tudo ótimo. Para não dizer que não tem nenhum ponto de atenção a ser mencionado, tem o valor dos ítens do frigobar e do cardápio que, na minha opinião, tem um valor alto, pois uma água mineral custar R$ 10,00, achei meio puxado!!!

Localizado numa região aparentemente tranquila, com bons restaurantes num raio de 1 Km, e não muito distante do centro. O hotel é limpo, tem um bom café da manhã e boa estrutura em geral. Uma observação sobre a roupa de cama que parecia menor que o tamanho da cama, e a falta de um lençol, somente havia edredom.
