Overall a good value. Service was good and room was clean. However, the rooms are a bit dated and could use an update. Only other comment I have is around the elevators. During our 4 night stay one of the two elevators was down the entire time, and the other was also broken for 2 of the 4 days requiring us to use the stairs. Seems like an issue that should have been resolved within hours, not days.

The hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. My only complaint really is that the bed wasn’t very comfortable and there was only one pillow. I could have asked for another, but I did not. Overall very nice hotel to stay in and was close, walkable to food and museum.

Os cartão de acesso ao quarto se desmagnetizava com frequência. Erro observado por outros hóspedes também. Falta aveia no café da manhã. Na arrumação do quarto, reduziram a quantidade das toalhas de banho e de rosto, e retiraram a o tapete do banheiro. As toalhas de banho estavam finas e puídas. Apesar de ter alertado várias vezes sobre a torneira de água quente do box que estava mal fixada, nada fizeram para consertar. Na manhã do checkout, faltou por período de aproximadamente 30 minutos. As despesas extras eram pagas no checkout no balcão, mas a nota fiscal tinha que ser solicitado no restaurante.
