House of 80m2 located in the quiet coastal town of Cunit only 150m from the beach and shops, 15min from Sitges and 40min from Barcelona's Airport. It is on the ground floor and has a large outdoor space with a private terrace. The two bedrooms have a double bed and a single bed, in addition to the sofa bed in the living room for an additional guest. There is a complete bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen, Italian coffee maker, washing machine, air conditioning, winter heating, TV with streaming service (Netflix), Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking space and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. Pets are allowed at an additional cost. At the check in we will ask for the tourist tax of 1.00 x person x night and documentation. Groups under 25 years are not allowed. We will be at your disposal almost 24h for anything you may need during the stay.

Globalement un bon séjour, le logement était propre et bien situé proche de la plage comme décrit. Equipement très complet, tout le nécessaire était présent. MAIS: Il ne s'agit pas d'une maison, mais bien d'un appartement au rez de chaussée d'un immeuble Gros problème d'électricité, pas moyen d'utiliser le chauffage / air conditionné et le four en même temps sous peine de faire sauter les fusibles Canapé lit TRES inconfortable. Nous avons été obligé d'acheter des coussins dans un magasin local afin de pouvoir y rester plus ou moins confortablement assis plus de 15 minutes La réserve d'eau chaude suffit a peine pour trois personnes pour des douches très courtes. Sachant que l'appartement peut théoriquement accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes, c'est un soucis
