TriStar Serenity is a peaceful lakefront condo located in Fairfield Glade’s premier golf and waterfront community. Enjoy Lake Catherine views, waterfront access, and a quiet setting ideal for relaxation and recreation. This stylish retreat is well suited for couples, families, golfers, and extended stays. Guests receive guest passes granting access to community amenities including pools, walking trails, lakes, and golf, subject to FFGCC rules. Offering a refined and relaxing TN escape. The space-TriStar Serenity offers a comfortable, multi-level layout with thoughtfully arranged living and sleeping areas, designed to provide both shared gathering space and private retreats. Living Areas-The condo features two separate living areas, allowing guests to spread out and relax. The main living space includes comfortable seating, a wall-mounted TV, large windows that provide lake views and natural light. A secondary sitting area offers additional seating and a cozy atmosphere, perfect for reading, watching TV, or quiet conversation. Kitchen & Dining-The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, ample counter space, and a breakfast bar for casual meals. It opens to the living area, creating an easy flow for cooking, dining, and gathering. A dining table provides space for shared meals or game nights. Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements-The condo includes two bedrooms designed with comfort and relaxation in mind: • Bedrooms feature comfortable beds, linens, ceiling fans, and TVs • Neutral tones and lake-inspired décor create a calm, restful environment • Bedrooms are located on separate level, offering added privacy for guests Sleeping Arrangements: • Primary Bedroom: King bed • Second Bedroom: Double bed • Game Room: Full-size bed and a full sleeper sofa This flexible layout comfortably accommodates couples, families, and extended stays while maintaining privacy and convenience for all guests. Bathrooms-The condo features two full bathrooms and one half bath, all clean and well maintained with updated vanities, mirrors, and tub/shower combinations. Fresh towels and basic essentials are provided for guest convenience. Laundry-A dedicated laundry area with washer and dryer is available for guest use, making the condo well suited for extended stays. Two interior closets are locked for owner storage; otherwise, the entire space is available for guest use. Other things to note Fairfield Glade Guest Passes Guest passes are required for access to Fairfield Glade amenities such as pools, golf courses, and the fitness center. • Please provide the first and last name and email address of each adult guest who would like a pass. • Passes are not required for children. • Send this information to me through message system at least 24 hours before check-in so your passes can be arranged in advance. • Your passes will be sent directly to your email and are valid for 7 days. • If you’re staying longer, please let me know one day before expiration to extend your access to amenities.

The condo is air-conditioned and features 2.5 bathrooms and space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a microwave.
