The unit was stay in was supposed to have a kitchen, there was no stove top. It has a microwave which is fine. There is however no sink therefore we had to wash our dishes in the bathroom and dry them in the bathtub. Other than this minor inconvenience the place is perfect.

We kept away from the busier Queenstown and within a good driving distance to the skiing resorts for the 4 days there. Clean and modern rooms, close to Cromwell to drive in for dinner.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It's a little bit 'out of the way', but we quite liked that aspect. There is a really good restaurant on site. Cleanliness and property presentation was excellent. My only criticism would be the check in process.. we weren't given any information relating to car parking (there is a double garage and a single parking bay but we had no idea who parks where), no information relating to the laundry etc. We had to figure this out ourselves. No big deal, but it would have been good to have been given the information. We wouldn't hesitate to return. Thank you for a good stay.

We had a good stay at Marsden Lakes. Room was decent sized, beds very comfortable and it was clean and tidy. Little kitchenette meant we could make our on breakfast which was convenient. Views were excellent
