This is an excellent house, 0.2 mile walk to the (free) bus stop, right near a cross country skiing trail, and in a nice, peaceful area. The outdoor hot tub was amazing! We would absolutely love to return!Only (minor) gripe: hate the stair covers.

Great place!

Perfect location just outside of town - right off the main trail into town and right off the Slate River for paddle boarding. Sean was very responsive and helpful.

Perfect

Spectacular 4 bed/4 bathroom home that easily accommodates 6-7 adults. The home is located only one mile south of Crested Butte and is a short walk to the shuttle. The home has everything you need and a few extras including a hot tub and pool table. We will definitely book again.

Great location with lovely views!

We really loved our stay at this awesome cabin. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our large group. We loved hanging out in the main living area or using the game room downstairs. The view from the main deck and kitchen windows was the perfect way to wake up each day and the steam shower in the main bedroom was a nice bonus after a long day of hiking. The location was close to the adorable town and also many amazing hikes. It is just off a main road so there is a bit of traffic noise but not too bad. Also, we would have loved a few extra coffee cups and a better selection of glasses and pans, but it was not a deal breaker on this great cabin. Highly recommend!

Cool cabin, excellent communication

House was very nice and very good communication. Only issue was intense amount of spider webs on the property — they covered all exterior surfaces and there were many in the interior as well. Cleaning crew should have taken a broom and knocked them all down.

50th

I spent five days here with several girlfriends to celebrate my 50th. CB is my favorite mountain town. Home is approximately 1.5 miles from town & on the bus route if you choose not to drive. This home was perfect- beautiful home, deck space, private hot tub. It had all the amenities (unlike other places I’ve rented). Properly management company was amazing. Quick to answer questions & help solve any issues . Would definitely rent this place again!

Exceeded Expectations

We had an amazing stay at Sean’s rental with its spectacular mountain views and beautiful sunsets. The house is exactly as described/pictured on the VRBO website. The kitchen is very well equipped with quality appliances, cookware, dishes and utensils. To me, anyway, this stuff makes a difference. The beds were very comfortable and the bath towels were fluffy and good quality. Again, this stuff matters to me. The highlight was definitely the hot tub, particularly after a day of hiking (I recommend taking the Silver Queen lift to the top and hiking down for some gorgeous views). We also enjoyed a few sunsets from the hot tub when we weren’t gathered on the deck for sunset. Access to neighborhood fishing (catch and release) made our stay even more enjoyable so make sure to bring your fishing rods. The house has easy access to town. I was initially concerned about this since we usually stay up on Mt Crested Butte but it was super easy and convenient to downtown (3 min bus ride/15-20 walk on trail). If you don’t have a car, the bus drops you off in front of the grocery store. Sean was exceptionally responsive to our questions. Check-in/out was seamless. Overall, we had a great time with all of the comforts of home. I highly recommend Sean’s rental for a relaxing stay.
