Beautiful little apartment in the heart of Crested Butte. Remodeled apartment is 1 block from Elk Avenue where there is dining, shopping and the entertainment district. Walk 1 block to the ski shuttle up to the Crested Butte ski area. Apartment has 2 bedrooms - 1 with queen bed and the other with a bunk that sleeps a double on bottom and a single on top. Apartment has a gas fireplace and cable TV. Kitchen comes with oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, coffee maker and all the other appliances that you will need. A washer/Dryer is also available for guest use. Enjoy the outside deck with a gas grill and rocking chars to sit back and relax. Large back yard and off street parking. As a VRBO host myself, I highly recommend this rental! The place is fully equipped, clean and very comfortable. The location in town is great, just one block off of Elk, the main shopping & dining avenue in town. The free shuttle that takes you up to Mount Crested Butte is just 2 blocks away and an easy walk, even with ski gear. Their great ratings are well deserved!

Everything about the rental experience was excellent from the parking (nice dedicated spot) to the apartment amenities (comfortable beds, bath/shower, supplies). Location was best we have had in downtown Crested Butte. Very quiet area and neighborhood even though we were only a block from Elk Street. Would definitely return and prior reviews are pretty much spot on.

The apartment was so clean and cozy, well stocked with everything we could need, exceptionally quiet and so convenient to Elk Ave. We loved being able to walk to town and not have to find parking. I don’t think I can come up with the right words to express how incredible this stay was. The owners were there to answer any questions we had as first timers with renting. The pictures did it no justice. While no other facilities around us had a yard and very sizable deck, it was the envy of all in about party when booked elsewhere. We were quite comfortable there and everything well stocked. It was within walking distance to anything in town. We look forward to future stays with them!
