Ground floor: entrance hall. 1st floor: kitchen-living room, wifi connection, fireplace (wood on sale), 2 rooms with private bathroom in each (3 beds 1 person 90 x 200 cm / 1 bed 2 persons 160 x 200 cm), separate WC, laundry. 2nd floor: a lounge on the mezzanine, 2 bedrooms (3 beds 1 person 90 x 200 cm / 1 bed 2 persons 160 x 200 cm), bathroom (shower with WC). Total floor area: 206 m² with parts under the roof included. Linen included and beds made on arrival. 3 balconies-paved Court-field. Ski lift of the Reys to 100 m. Country gite located in front of the ski slopes (ski lift at 100 m), at the exit of the village to the station of Saisies. Quiet area. Beautiful gite great comfort. Quality equipment. Lots of charm and character. Superb mountain style. Warm and cosy. Others: fireplace in the living room. Façade with a view balcony panoramic view of the Aravis massif. Broad common ground with a large paved courtyard. Superb country chalet located opposite the slopes of Crest-Voland linking the vast Espace Diamant domain and its 190km of slopes. Possibility of returning to the chalet on skis. At the exit of the family resort-village with shops and services on site. An ideal stay in the Pays du Mont-Blanc!
