Bob's Shout Crescent Head NSW 2440

The property has just been renovated (October 2017) and boasts a new kitchen, bathroom, laundry, polished hardwood flooring and LED ceiling lights fans.

Upstairs is the living area of the house and consists of a combined kitchen, living and dining room which open's out onto the covered North facing outdoor entertainment deck. Both indoor and outdoor dining area boast extensive ocean views.

Downstairs is the accommodation area with four bedrooms, three with built-ins and LED fan light's. There is a brand new bathroom and laundry with two toilets.

The property has been smartly furnished and can sleep up to 8 people, therefore it is a great property for two families to share their holiday costs. The property is boarded at the back by a crown land nature reserve which provides a quick and easy access to the village CBD and beaches.

NB - Personal Linen IS NOT Provided - guests must bring their linen in the form of Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels including tea towels and bathmats. Linen hire can be arranged from Kempsey Laundry but we require at least 72 hours notice.
The vacation home features a balcony and 1.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

Sensational Views

4 friends booked this property, it was a wonderful place to stay, beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed plus more in the kitchen, it was walking distance to the town centre and beach only taking around 10 minutes. The views were sensational! The beach, ocean views, hinterland views, gorgeous gardens and a fabulous verandah to sit around and relax with friends taking in the view. We would all definitely stay there again.
