The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was courteous at reception and breakfast. Reception allowed me to park my motorcycle out from where the cameras were - thank you! The breakfast could be better. Real and fresh scrambled eggs and bacon would be better. The fried “egg” seemed fake and wasn’t tasty. Same with the sausage links.

I stayed at Best Western Wakulla Inn & Suites and had one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever encountered. Upon arrival, the room was not clean and had a strong odor. I had to request a room change not once, but three times due to cleanliness and smell issues. The front desk clerk was courteous and offered a refund for one night, which I appreciated. However, things took a turn when I spoke with the regional manager—who I believe is also the owner. Instead of listening and trying to resolve the issue professionally, she was dismissive and accused me of lying. Her response was to offer me 2,000 Best Western points, equivalent to $20, as compensation for a $521 stay that was clearly below standard. That offer felt like a slap in the face. I expected better from a brand that claims to value hospitality. The lack of accountability and poor customer service from upper management left me deeply disappointed. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and hope this review helps others make an informed decision before booking.

The Room where not keep up well the chair had a rip the light where rust the water smelled terrible had no pressure on the shower head towel where wet when I check in I had stay there years ago and had a wonderful room this time was not the same only thing that they have done in years is paint the build and redid the fountain they had a tarp over the room by the elevator working in the modeling business I know that mean there a leak in the roof the staff was awesome that was the only thing I rate a five star
