Villa Debra es un dormitorio de lujo 4 Villa situada directamente en la playa en la Costa del Sol - una comunidad cerrada frente al mar. La puerta de entrada es de sólo 65 pies desde el mar turquesa y transparente. El mar en frente se encuentra dentro de los límites del Parque Nacional Arrecifes de Cozumel. Family and friend fun in Cozumel

We have stayed at this property before and just loved it. We enjoyed reminiscing about our previous stay and loved making new memories. All of our questions or concerned were addressed quickly and completely. We had a great time.

Amazing location for a family getaway

we stayed here with our adult family, spouses and young kids and the place is a great layout. Private beach with an amazing view, a nice sheltered beach for kids to play and a pool with a great shallow end for swimming! We loved the area and privacy but you still have other guests nearby. The pier is great for scuba pickup. The house is great and the upstairs patio and view is incredible!

Love Costa Del Sol

Great location next to the pier. One bedroom had a full bed instead of king. Sofa bed broken in upstairs bedroom. They did bring in a mattress to accommodate not having the sofa bed. Owner was great in responding to property issues.

Great spot for a family vacation.

House is spacious, comfortable, and really well-equipped. Exactly as pictures in photos. The property manager was helpful and responsive-she arranged for groceries to be delivered and for a nurse to do our covid tests at the house. Our kids loved the shared swimming pool and exploring the tidal pools in front. We were glad the house had beach and pool toys. We rented a car: groceries and activities were all easy to access within a 20 minute drive. WiFi worked great, except for the upstairs master bedroom. We absolutely loved our stay. We hope to be back!

Magnificent

Absolutely wonderful! Jasianna was wonderful to work with.villa accommodated our family perfectly. The dryer was not working Jasianna had it taken care of right away. Thank you Jasianna for everything you made our stay all the more enjoyable We also had Chef Fernando from Chef Emily to prepare breakfast each morning and a few evening meals . We highly recommend him. Such a pleasant young man and his food was delicious.

Dream Villa

This Villa exceeded all our expectations. It was clean, comfortable, and very roomy. We also thought it was nicely decorated. One of the couples with us were on a late honeymoon so they thoroughly loved the Master suite which took up the entire top floor. The location of the Villa was also very private and quiet. Lastly, the owner Jasianna is very sweet and accommodating. She texted us to make sure we had everything we needed and to make sure we were having a good time. We would definitely rent this Villa again.

Nice house, mediocre management

This house is pretty much as described in the rental listing. It was not our first stay in this community, last year we stayed at Casa Calypso (A1) and last week we stayed here (C9) for 7 days and at Villa Amigos (C4) for one night. The houses in this community are very similar, all 3 houses we have rented have similar floor plans. The differences between them are the maintenance and upkeep of the house, the furnishings and the management of the property. The good- Jasianna was present upon our arrival and the groceries we requested were purchased and put away in the kitchen. The house has an ideal location right on the beach and very close to the pool. It is very large and accommodated our party of 12 comfortably. Most of our requests were addressed fairly quickly. On the very first day one of our toddlers got into the pool without a swimmy diaper and the worst happened. Jasianna arranged for the pool to be cleaned at no charge to us. The bad- The appliances and fixtures in this house are outdated and in poor repair. When we arrived the house exterior was being painted and a crew was doing landscaping by the front door. The handle broke on the door to the beach so we were unable to enter and exit that way for the first 2 days, also did not have hot water for the first 2 days due to a wiring issue. We were without internet for 2 full days because Jasianna was traveling and we had no other point of contact for problems with the house. Check out time for this rental is 9 am, I requested a check out time of 11 the night before and did not receive a response until 1013 the next morning. At that point it was too late, we were already packed and out. This property provides as little as possible in the way of dishes, towels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels and housekeeping services. There is a document in the house that states this, however I am unaccustomed to being required to purchase toilet paper and cleaning supplies in a vacation rental. We had housekeeping one time for our week stay. There were not many towels provided in the house, we were constantly washing them. Niceties that I have come to appreciate in other rentals such as beach toys, bath soap and shampoo are completely absent in this house. Overall we had a great family vacation but next time will choose one of the other houses on this community.

Amazing!!! Perfect for Family / Diving Vacations

Wow...an extended family vacation, 13 people in one house...couldn’t be more pleased. Jasianna went above and beyond to ensure everything about our vacation was perfect. Beachfront house, with pier that dive operators and fishing boats alike will pick you up just steps away....security team, infinity pool ocean access for snorkeling...Plumbing system comparable to the states, excellent housekeeping...counting the days until we can go back!!

Fabulous Family Vacation

Beautiful home right on the water

My friends and I have been coming to Cozumel for a dive trip annually for the last 8 years. We have stayed in a number of VRBO homes over that period of time. The spaciousness and comfort of this home is as good or better than any other place we have stayed over the years. The convenience of the pier right out front, the layout of the home, and the value that Jasianna provides for clients cannot be argued. I would not hesitate to stay here again, and I recommend it as a great place for anyone who needs a large home for a vacation stay in Cozumel.

Amazing location/Fantastic People

We had such a wonderful stay at Villa Debra. Jassiana and the staff were great and very attentive to every request and question we had. We will definitely be returning for many years to come. Amazing!!!

The house is in a great location, just a few steps from the ocean and pool. The view from the house was just breathtaking. The house itself is gorgeous with plenty of room for a large group. Jasianna and all the staff were friendly and always available to help. Everyone in our group of 12 (adults and children) had a wonderful experience. We would definitley return.

The best Vacation Home in Cozumel with the hostess of the mosteas

Location of the property is perfect . Private beach, ocean views, amazing sunsets, super clean Villa Debra with all amenities. The best part is having Jasianna Jaxen ( owner ) living in the community because she is the best VIP Concierge and makes everything happen, helps you, it's always available to answer even simple questions , or takes you to fun places either to eat, dance, and much more. It's the whole package. We can't wait to stay at Cozumel beach house and Villa Paradise Cozumel. and spend more adventures with our private VIP Miss Cozumel Jasianna.
