If you don't mind being a little off the beaten path this rental is amazing! Went with a group of 7 and we enjoyed having ample private bedroom spaces and en suite bathrooms. The courtyard area was stunning and all the interior finishes were modern and clean. The 3 car garage came in super handy since we had 2 rental cars. Host is incredibly responsive via WhatsApp and the onsite host Cinthia was so helpful. Host went above and beyond with having bottled water and juice in the fridge and some wine, snacks, and coffee/tea available as well. The rooftop area was a fantastic place to hang and take in the sunrise/sunset. Tons of outdoor seating and breathtaking landscaping. Everything exceeded my expectations and we'll stay here again if we visit Cozumel in the future.
