This beautiful, three bedroom/two bath, beachfront condominium is next to Chankanaab Marine Park and has the best shore snorkeling on the Island. Enjoy amazing sunsets and watch the cruise ships sail by in the crystal blue Caribbean from your two private terraces. This is a second floor condo in a complex of 13 units (very private with no high-rises) with a full ocean view. Climb up to the rooftop palapa for an even more spectacular view!

We will provide assistance in arranging activities for your stay including deep sea fishing, snorkeling, and diving trips. There is a dock for boat pickup right next door at Tortugas Beach club!

We can also arrange for grocery delivery or a private cook for an additional cost.

The condo is stocked with everything you will need including beach towels, snorkel gear, BBQ, hammocks, full kitchen with dishwasher and a laundry room.

Great for divers - there is a dive shop next door (Ponte Buzo at Tortugas) and there is a dive gear rinse tank at the beach.

You can easily keep in touch with family and friends -- there's FREE wireless broadband and FREE long distance calls to the U.S. and Canada. There is TV/DVD and NETFLIX in every room.

We are located within walking distance of Chankanaab Marine Park, Tortugas Beach Club next door and Uvas Beach Club featuring glass bottom kayak excursions.

This is a great condo in Cozumel. Exactly as described in the listing. The communication from the owner and property manager was outstanding. If you decide to book, make sure you connect with the property manager to arrange for the private chef to come for an evening - best meal we had in Cozumel by far!

The host was amazing from the start - answered all of my questions. The property manager, Diana, was incredible - responding within minutes! The condo had everything we could ever need and was extremely clean. Being right on a sandy beach made it one of the best in all of Cozumel. The photos don't do it justice, inside or out! It's much closer to the beach than the photos indicate. Would recommend this 100% - we will be staying here again next year....and hopefully for a longer duration!

EXCELLENT rental!! It was equipped with everything we needed. Very clean. We loved sitting on the balcony over looking the pool with direct ocean view. Our stay was flawless. The location is perfect - just far enough away from the cruise ship terminal to avoid the masses, but an affordable cab ride to restaurants in the city center. The beach is ample, with easy access to some of the best snorkeling on the island. The condo had EVERYTHING, from scads of beach towels to snorkel gear to fresh bottled water replenished daily. The air conditioner was in prime form which was helpful to cut the humidity - we never slept better. The kitchen had every pot, pan and glass you would need - even gorgeous margarita glasses and plastic cups for the beach. With the beach clubs next door, it was super easy to pop over for a quesadilla if we needed a snack and a drink. We were also able to rent a parasailing boat for our grown sons right from the beach club pier. The pool and outdoor shower were an added bonus. Honestly, I can't say enough great things about our accommodations. Thank you!

Lovely get away

This is a beautiful condo in a great location, stocked with everything you could need for an awesome get away. There is great snorkeling out front to the left of Las Tortuga's toward Chaankanab. We did a week of diving with Challenge Divers who I highly recommend. Eric and his son were helpful, professional, and knowledgeable about the reef. It was a great stay, we will be back

I will not stay anywhere else when I come to Cozumel now. This condo has absolutely everything we need, is super clean and you can’t beat the location. We had an amazing stay. We have been to this condo complex before but a different condo. It was super clean and we had everything we needed. They provided fruit, coffee and a few beers for the guys. It is so cute with all the bright colors and a spectacular view of the ocean. Diana was amazing. She did some grocery shopping, booked us taxis, answered all texts so quickly. She is such a sweet person. We will be back

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Paradise Condos in Cozumel! The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. With three separate bedrooms, it was perfect for our family to spread out and enjoy some space while still being together. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the helpful information book provided was a fantastic touch—it made exploring the island so much easier. One of the highlights was the rooftop patio—watching the sunset from up there was absolutely breathtaking. We truly felt at home from the moment we arrived and will definitely be coming back to Paradise Condos again. Highly recommend!

Great Snorkeling

Unit was clean and spacious and communication excellent before and during our stay. Parking on site was easy. We enjoyed the convenience of snorkeling right off the beach at the complex. Had a great experience at the Chankanaab National Park which is just a few minutes away.The manager, Diana, was very responsive and helpful. Large jugs of purified water were provided and replaced as needed. We recommend this prooerty.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. We loved the location, the condo was clean and comfortable, and everything we needed was there. They had towels, cleaning supplies, a very well stocked kitchen, everything you could possibly need for playing in the water, and an excellent property manager in the area who was very responsive to our questions. The ONLY complaint was the beds were a bit hard for our liking, but we were so exhausted each day that it didn’t matter. Would definitely rent again.
