Ideally located 30 meters from the Courmayeur cable car, 100 meters from the pedestrian area and opposite the new 5-star hotel Le Massif which offers the services of its bars, restaurants and spas also to external customers. From the apartment, located on the 2nd floor, it is possible to reach the private ski deposit, on the -2 floor directly by lift, from here, through the rear exit of the building, it is possible to reach the Courmayeur cable car with 50 steps! On the front of the building, free private parking subject to availability and free public parking on the back; a few meters all the necessary services: shops / clubs / ski school / sports ski equipment rental.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The bathroom offers hair dryers and bidets. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.
