This house was a home away from home. The house was extremely clean, well stocked with necessities, quiet and inviting. The beds were extremely comfortable and the 11am check out didn’t make us feel rushed to leave.

Super clean and quiet stay

This was a great place for my family (2 kids and 2 dogs) to stay for a weekend getaway. Location is great to trails and Sedona was an easy drive. House is new, clean, and roomy enough for everyone. Back yard is small but great to sit out on in the mornings and evenings. Was overall a great place to be for the 2 nights we did.

Girls trip

We booked Marissa and Doug’s house based on its location and the beautiful home. The location was everything we wanted it to be. We stayed for 4 nights and were able to explore hiking, beautiful restaurants and The Grand Canyon. The home was comfortable, the view of the stars from the hot tub at night was the perfect ending to our nights. Our hosts were available and checked in with us to ensure we didn’t need anything. We were 3 ladies and felt safe in the neighborhood and in the house at night. Thank you Marissa and Doug for your hospitality and the use of your beautiful home.

Recovery Vacation

We all had a great time during our stay. Home was perfect fit for the six of us. Close to Jerome and Sedona for our day trips that we had planned. Enjoyed the jacuzzi after our adventures. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Comfy and convenient

We’ve enjoyed Cottonwood’s wineries and various lodgings for 8 years now at Christmas time, usually after Christmas. This year we visited before Christmas and totally enjoyed the reduced crowds and spectacular weather. This house was quite comfy for 5 of us and the hot tub was a welcome bonus for relaxing. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay

We had a great experience. The home was clean and comfortable and the hosts were incredibly responsive. We were pleasantly surprised to find a welcome gift for our group upon arrival. The location was perfect for access to downtown Cottonwood and multiple wineries.

Lovely clean home

This home was super clean. Views from backyard were lovely. We could see mountains all around and watch the monsoon storms rolling through. Plenty of space for everyone.

Winery weekend

We had a great weekend. The owners are very responsive. We traveled with 2 other couples, we all commented on the comfortable beds and lovely bedding. We enjoyed the hot tub and fireplace. All worked perfectly. Highly recommended
