Excellent service with one small exception that we did not get a turndown service with fresh towels etc on one of the evenings. First class restaurant and very pleasant spa. Very well appointed and comfortable rooms. All in all a very enjoyable experience and we look forward to visiting again.
We stayed as a family of four. It's a smallish hotel with high prices but I'm not sure it was worth it. Julie on reception is very professional. Rooms are spacious, and bathrooms are even more spacious. Nice to have the loo separate from the main bathroom (with bath and shower separate too). Amazing views from the restaurant (too formal and pricey for us- kids too noisy and unpredictable for the clientele)! And the view from our room lovely also- amazing view over the ocean and 7 isles. Room was not all that clean (a lot of dead wood louse under the curtains! Toddlers find everything! And eat it!!!!) And there is NO AIRCONDITIONING!!! For €300+ a night??? That is a massive drawback as there are mosquitoes coming in at night if you leave the window open! Just not cool enough in the room for a comfy night's sleep. We asked for a fan too- nothing there either! Breakfast good but no hot food. The staff could be a lot more polished too for a 5 star place. A lot of stairs to the beach- hard for people with poor mobility, but fine for us. Beach is 10 mins. Overall, an ok effort but could be so much better.
elegant modern hotel with very cosy luxurious rooms. splendid view from the extraordinary restaurant which also serves a sumptous buffet breakfast. staff is very attentive, courteous and omnipresent. convenient adjacent parking.
We booked for lunch today with my wife, very easy access to park our car.Nice welcoming by the front office girl and took us to the restaurant, excellent service by two of their waiters one guy and and one girl. I love every thing about the place the spectacular view, the food from aperitif to desert was super nice and delicious 😋 keep it up good work and hope next time to sleep over the hotel.
Firstly I should say that not all bedrooms have great views over the sea though the majority do. Ours looked the other way but from the Dining Room and Bar there are sensational views so the key is to drink till you are tired and then go to bed to sleep, the views don't matter then. There is no question that this is a really comfortable hotel with great rooms, excellent facilities and really good standards in the dining room. Do be careful though about drying clothes on hangers in the wardrobes, they appear to be covered in a soluble varnish that is not easily removed from clothes!
We arrived early, having caught the overnight ferry but were still given a warm welcome from the young man on reception. This hotel has a great location above the beach. It's modern and smart. The breakfast was served in the restaurant overlooking in bay . . . Great breakfast with lots of choice; even serving bacon and eggs for homesick Brits! Would certainly stay there again.
An unusual looking building hides a dated interior. Whoever is responsible for the design of the interior needs sending back to the 1980's where it belongs. Bedrooms are too small, yet the bathrooms are large. There's no sense of opulence or luxury here, although the spa area is nice, with a lovely deck with stupendous views out to sea. Parking was adequate, free and, mostly, undercover. Breakfast overpriced at 25 euros per person. The lighting in the bedroom was appalling - either too bright or too gloomy to read in bed at night. Could not, would not recommend.
I Truly loved this Hotel the staff is very nice helpful Room is world awesome and we had a great view over the ocean. I can recommend there spa It's so beautiful and relaxing. This Hotel Is Worth a visit I promise
All staff were friendly and efficient. The rooms were spotless fresh and airy. We had a bath and a shower, much appreciated, super bath products by Nuxe. Fantastic spa centre. Fabulous views of the sea watching the boats bobbing up and down. The food was superb. I really cannot fault the place, however, to walk to the beach, there are many steps as the hotel is situated very high. Easy walk into town.
This hotel on the Pink Granite Coast is modern, well-designed and full of amenities for guests. Unfortunately for us, we arrived too late to utilise them. The room we had was large, the bed comfortable and the bathroom clean with a good shower and separate bathtub. The mini-bar is complementary (don’t expect free alcohol). The staff was fantastic. Juliette showed us our room, talked about the local attractions and booked a local restaurant for us to eat at (with gluten-free options). There is a restaurant on-site but it was closed on this day. There is free underground parking. The hotel isn’t easy to find and it involves negotiating some narrow streets but it’s worth the effort to get there. The local township is walking distance away. For 120€, this hotel is great value considering what it offers. Highly recommended. Aside: We were in the area to see the lovely pink granite coast. However, its beauty is highly weather dependent. Everything looks better in the sunshine but some places can still be interesting in other conditions. We were here on a glum and windy day (in July no less) and the coast wasn’t pink, more a drab grey in a bleak landscape. Needs blue sky.
