Wasn't Cleaned - Had to Cancel

While the host did make things right by fully refunding our stay, when we showed up to this listing it was in a completely uncleaned terrible state to the point we had to cancel and get a hotel. The cleaning crew had clearly not come, there was raw food sitting in the sink, smelled like weed, and there seemed to be electrical issues with a few of the lights/AC.Knew immediately walking in the door this wasn't going to work, and the listing photos are very inaccurate.

Unacceptable Property

My husband and I flew in for our granddaughters wedding when we arrived at the rental property we were very disapointed, It was nothing as described, the pictures shown on this apartment were totally different the furniture was old and damaged. The kitchen was not as discribed there were no dishes or glasses a few pots and silverware. The sliders had vertical blinds that were not operational we could not open them. The patio had noting but overgrown weeds, no outdoor furniture. The bathroom had only 2 towels and a few washcloths and were dinghy. The bedroom dresser and night stands had scratches and water stains, the bed sheets we're schabby and did not look clean.We contacted Vrbo regarding the situation and ended up not staying and requested a refund, with going back and forth with Vrbo and the Host of the property, they asked us to send pictures after reviewing the pictures Vrbo finally agreed to refund our money. Had to go look for another place to stay. Vrbo was very helpful with a bad situation.

Great service

The team was great to work with. They do a great job at prompt communication. They also give detailed written instructions which is helpful if you need to reference back to anything. The compound was a little tricky to navigate but with the hand outs and helpful regular tenants, it went smooth. Felt very safe there and liked the location. You receive a designated parking spot which is a huge bonus. The unit smaller with only one food couch. It was not very cleaned when we arrived but had everything we needed.
