I would call it one of Cosby’s little known treasures. Clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. My sister and I have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We will definitely have to come back again and I would highly recommend it to others!

Loved this place. Was clean and roomy. Host was quick to respond and very accommodating. If you don’t mind being 20-30 minutes away from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg and don’t mind a flight of stairs then this is the place for you. Only thing I missed was a washer/dryer. But host supplied extra towels for us so it wasn’t a big deal.

Perfect stay!

We were looking for a quiet place for a weekend getaway and this place was perfect! The grounds were pretty, we loved the creek, we slept comfortably and really enjoyed our stay! We would definitely book again!

Fall vacation

Quiet little loft

Great loft space in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg but still close enough that you can get there in about 25 minutes!

Loved out stay at the barn!

The barn didn't disappoint! It was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Sitting outside on the venue's patio in the morning and evenings was our favorite part of this spot. And you cannot beat its location to one of the Smoky's park entrance. The host was responsive and accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Peaceful vacation

The property was beautiful! And then we went inside and the loft/barn was so cool. All of the little details were thought out so well. We really enjoyed the creek, the fire on the patio, walking around the property, fireflies at night and it was close enough to the tourist attractions to go check those out. Highly recommend!!
