This property is situated in panoramic location on the hills surrounding the beautiful medieval town of Cortona which is only 10 km away. The villa offers comfortable interiors furnished in a rustic style and provide a private furnished outdoor area.
A secondary road connecting the small villages on the hills surrounding Cortona passes nearby.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.
Distances: Portole with a food shops and a restaurant 500 m away, Cortona with all kinds of shops 9 km, Lake Trasimeno approx. 20 km away, Città di Castello 30 km away. Arezzo 35 km away.

Amazing villa
We are just on our way back from am amazing week at villa montana. The villa is in a perfect spot with fantastic views. A very private pool which is not overlooked at all. Various areas outside shaded to eat and drink. The villa has 3 good size bedrooms with more than adequate air con. Thank you so much to Anna for the home made cakes wine and beer. Lovely hosts. Definitely recommend. We will be back.

Our visit to Italy 2029
When we first arrived we were surprised at how far we were from Cortona (approx 5miles) but we left loving the quiet and peacefulness of being “up the mountain”. The property is beautifully maintained with great views. Villa is well equipped with everything you would want and the pool is an added bonus after a day of touring. The owners are lovely and very accommodating. Highly recommend! Tutti Bene!!!

Beautiful location, great villa!
Had a great week in this beautiful villa. It had absolutely everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The villa has stunning views and the pool was perfect! There was a restaurant within walking distance and a lovely forest walk behind the villa. It was about 20 minute drive to Cortona where there are lots of restaurants. All in all a great experience and the owners live very close by. They were very helpful and gave us lovely fresh eggs, cakes and a bottle of local wine. Would definitely recommend.

WIR WURDEN SEHR FREUNDLICH VON DEN EIGENTÜMERN EMPGANGEN UND DIREKT MIT EIGENEN PRODUKTEN VERWÖHNT. DAS HAUS IST SEHR GUT AUSGESTATTET UND UNWAHRSCHEINLICH SAUBER. DER POOL WAR ETWAS KALT ABER DER GARTEN UND DIE AUSSICHT UM SO SCHÖNER. WERDEN SEHR GERNE WIEDERKOMMEN.

Wunderschöne Lage und phantastischer Pool
Idyllisch gelegene kleine Villa mit einem phantastischen Blick auch auf den See. Das Haus und die Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Man merkt, dass sich die Eigentümer sehr viel Mühe geben um einen möglichst angenehmen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Der Pool ist perfekt gepflegt und hat eine sehr gute Größe. Giana hat uns zwei leckere Kuchen gebacken und sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert. Wir waren von der Gastfreundschaft begeistert. Alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten - auch Florenz und Siena - sind gut zu erreichen, so dass einem Tagesausflug nichts im Wege steht. Der perfekte Ort um zu entspannen und seinen Urlaub zu genießen.

Tolle Bergvilla
Wir waren im September zwei Wochen zugegen und haben uns sehr gut erholt. Die Villa ist großzügig angelegt, topgepflegt und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter waren total nett und haben uns mit Gemüse aus dem Agriturismo versorgt sowie zweimal für uns eine äußerst leckere Tarte gebacken. - Der beheizte Privatpool mit 10 auf 5 Meter war jeden Morgen frisch gereinigt, sein nicht einsehbares Umfeld war großzügig und bestens ausgestattet (Pavillon, Liegen etc.). Der Ausblick auf Cortona und den Lago Trasimeno war grandios. Im Haus gibt es eine eigene Waschküche mit Waschmaschine sowie zwei Grill. Die Wäsche wird wöchentlich gewechselt. - Einziger Wermutstropfen ist die fehlende Freisitzüberdachung bei Regen, denn der vorhandene Sonnenschutz ist nicht wasserfest, so dass man bei schlechtem Wetter in das Haus wechseln muss. Zusammenfassend eine Top-Villa für Familien mit PKW, die die hochgelegene Abgelegenheit nicht schreckt (ca. 25 Minuten Serpentinenauffahrt von Cortona, direkte Lage an einer mäßig befahrenen Bergstraße). Gerne wieder.....besten Dank an die Casa Montana!

Tolle Lage mit wunderschönem Blick auf den Lago di Trasimeno in der Ferne, ein sehr gepflegtes und gut ausgestattetes Haus, ein Pool mit vielen unterschiedlichen Sitz- und Liegemöglichkeiten, supernette Vermieter, ein Restaurant und Bar mit den wichtigsten Lebensmitteln in 300 Metern Entfernung, ein schattiger Platz für das Auto, eine großzügige Terrasse.... alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub in der Toskana braucht!
