Great place in Royal Sands

We loved the home. It was comfortable, in a great neighborhood, and a good area of the beach. We enjoyed our time there and will try to get it again the next time we are on Port A.

The house was lovely! The beds comfy! The linens great! The internet was terrible. The community was wonderful! The kitchen was well stocked and easy to cook in! All in all, it was a great vacation for a family of 6 and the cutest little baby!

Great family stay

The house was perfect size for our family of six. Plenty of towels and linens for us to use. Easy walk to the beach and pool! The washer/dryer was an added bonus for our wet and stinky clothes before packing up!

The house was great for our little family get a way and close enough to the beach . The only issue we found is the hot water is backwards for showers so we thought there wasn’t hot water . So make a mental note when staying there . But the property is great and in a great location .

Perfect Cozy Beach House

Our stay was perfect. The house was very clean, beds were comfy, location was fabulous. We had everything we needed and more. We loved the porches. The boardwalk to the beach is a short walk away. Only thing I can think of to suggest to the owner, is to provide some door stoppers, to keep the doors propped open, but that is hardly a complaint. We would love to stay here again in the future.

good place

the place could use some deep cleaning... but otherwise a great place. there were some clothes left over from some prior renters in a chest of drawers. ceiling fans need a good cleaning. great location, adequate accessories and such in the house.

Thanksgiving by the Shore

Great location! Photo of the house needs updating it has houses built all around it. The place Fit all 9 really well. Only issue we had was the people before us left a terrible fish smell in the dishwasher, carpets really needed to be cleaned but besides that it was a great place to stay. The host communicated well with us throughout our stay! Would still come back overall best part was just a short walk to the beach like we had hoped for.

Great Beach Getaway

Great house, great location. The only issue we had was that the front door lock wouldn't work. We were able to get in using a lock box key but that made it a little inconvenient with multiple family members going different directions and returning at different times. Bring your own salt and pepper and anything else you might need. We had a great time and would return to stay here again.

Very close to beach access

Great area. Away from town but not too far out. Nice balconies to sit outside. Clean and definitely would stay again. Cons: very slow wifi. Need to replace the TV in main room. It very slow and difficult guide to find channels, no local channels. Need a tv in all the bedrooms.

Good Property

Nice house. We had a bit of a problem with the front door lock, but they worked hard to fix it. Building a new house next door that will make the porch a bit more claustrophobic, its nice and open right now. But we have come back.
