Great place to stay

This house was amazing. Right next to the pool and short walk to the beach. Spacious and clean. 3rd floor was amazing for the kids to be at. Would recommend and definitely coming back.

Amazing property

Fantastic Stay at Third Coast Charm

We had a fabulous visit. Everything we could possibly need was available and the incredible access to the Seaside pool was amazing. It was really nice having a room available on the ground floor for our older guests that did not want to go up and down stairs. I highly recommend staying here.

A great place

I stayed at 175 Stargrass which was absolutely lovely. The home was beautiful and well appointed fo rour stay. The Black Marlin had great food with grreat service. The beach is very close by. the staff is friendly and helpful. everything was great.

Lovely weekend at the beach!

We loved our stay at Third Coast charm this weekend! The beach house is very nice and well decorated. It was spacious enough for the whole family. The third floor has a lot of toys and games and is great for the kiddos. Palmilla is very cute and everyone we met was super nice! Loved zooming around on the golf cart. Would definitely stay here again!

4 adults / 4 kid trip…super clean and super comfortable. Can hear upstairs playroom a little too much from the kitchen and vice versa.

Pretty close to perfect.

This is an amazing property. The location in Padmilla beach is ideal, and the layout of the house is perfect. It is beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our trip - and our Canadian visitors we blown away with how gorgeous is was! Thank you! We will book again.

Large group and loved it!

You would think, with a large group of people that it would be loud and a little overwhelming inside with the noise, but it was perfect! With the three levels and the kid's area, the adults were able to gather and share great time together. Everyone slept great, the kids put themselves to bed because they had too much fun during the day, the golf carts were perfect, we had a fire on the beach and enjoyed both pools. Walking distance to the ocean was short and more than doable for all littles in our group. There was pure excitement and joy, and we'll be back!

Family Vacation

This place was perfect for our trip! We had two adult couples along with our two teen/adult daughters, one boyfriend and my youngest daughter who we celebrated her 13th birthday and her two friends. The set up of the rooms in the home worked fine for us. The house has plenty of items that makes it much easier when packing. Has lots of games and movies, Netflix, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, plenty of beach towels, & fully stocked kitchen. Basically all we needed when we arrived was groceries! We also arrived two hours earlier than check in and they were ready for us. The golf cart is definitely worth getting also!

Great family beach visit!

We enjoyed our stay at Third Coast Charm! Upon arrival we easily were able to access the home. The house was beautiful, and the third flood was larger than expected! Such a great space to hang out! The home was very close to the heated pool and made for an easy back and forth with kids! The kitchen was well equipped for our meal cooking, and we appreciated all of the added kid plates/utensils. There were plenty of towels and a lot of extras throughout the home to make our stay comfortable! And let’s not forget the beach nearby! It was very easy to access by golf cart, car, or walking. Our family loved the property and home and look forward to staying here again very soon! Thank you for having us!

Perfectly situated

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It is situated right next to the larger pool. We stayed on a holiday weekend and it was still less crowded than the other. The fitness center is 2 steps away and the beach is about an 8min walk. We didn’t rent a cart and didn’t feel like we needed one. The home has 3 floors kids room on top, master on middle and bottom which was really nice. The kitchen is not huge but the layout makes it very spacious. One thing we always look for is how clean a place is and whilst there were some minor things to sort, they did not impact our stay at all. The beds are firm with a soft top and were incredibly comfortable. We have stayed at CS down the road and we preferred Palmilla. We will definitely be back and so glad we tried it out.

Family Beach Trip

We traveled in late May to Palmilla's for the first time with grandparents and kids. We have been coming to Port A for many years however never stayed at Palmilla, and boy have we missed out. This home was amazing, beautifully appointed furnishing/decor. Home is across the street to the smaller pool, walking distance to the beach (about 7-10 min), walking distance to the larger pool (10 min). TVs in every room, and tall ceilings. Kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to cook meals for the kids, however one could order food poolside from the resort. Would like to see a small shaded playground for children at the resort, however there were swings while walking to the beach. Would come back with the family, very laid back atmosphere.

Easiest Beach Vacay Ever!

This home is so wonderful. It's perfectly set up for 2 families with kids. The "bunk room" upstairs truly exceeded expectations with deep mattresses that were both comfy and roomy for little and big "kids." The kids' area is spacious, well equipped with games and puzzles, and it's a space your kids actually want to be in. The house as a whole is fully equipped and it's easy to find anything you need in the kitchen. The bedrooms are lovely with king size beds and spacious bathrooms. The location CANNOT be beat. You are directly across the street from one of the pools. I highly recommend renting a cabana for the day -- it encourages adults and kids alike to spend a bit of time in the shade while still enjoying a day at the pool. Another tip: rent the golf cart and the beach chairs for your beach days! It makes your day at the beach so easy. My husband commented to me multiple times during our stay: "That was the easiest beach day with kids I've ever had." The resort does all the work for you; you just show up and enjoy. It's definitely worth it, just be sure to make reservations in advance because they fill up. The Palmilla Beach resort neighborhood is beautiful and picturesque. Monica was a wonderful host throughout the entire process and provided great recommendations for food spots. I would 100% return to Third Coast Charm.

Proximity to Construction

We were EXTREMELY disappointed to find out upon arrival that another house was under construction, within 15 feet of our house, right outside every window and “relaxing balcony”. Hammers and loud music every day starting at 8am-6pm. The listing stated “construction in the area” which we did not feel was accurate given how close it actually was. Turnkey was 100% worthless in offering any apology or resolution. We were promised a follow up and have yet to hear from them. In addition, the TV’s were all wireless and worked intermittently, a repairman was supposed to come, but never showed. It was a beautiful house, but was overshadowed by the terrible construction noise and patchy tv’s. :( We just feel the listing could have been more honest about the construction and the nightly rate should have been adjusted.

Great house in a great location!

Super convenient location in Palmilla Resort. Bunk room was huge and perfect for kids to have their own space. Main floor was comfortable and kitchen was great to cook in. Comfortable beds and smart TVs made this an easy vacation and a townhouse we’ll definitely stay in again!

Wonderful stay!

Our family of ten greatly enjoyed our stay in this home! It was incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable, and all appliances worked perfectly. (There is both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker, as well as a toaster - none of those were listed on the home rental listing.) The pool being right across the street was also very convenient, We wouldn't hesitate to rent this home again in the future!

Fun in the Sun at Third Coast Charm!

This beach house is ideal for large families; great kitchen and dining; kids loved the bunk room; very handy to have the laundry room. Recommend a golf cart to get around the large Palmilla property.
