As you enter this home, you will be welcomed by an open-concept space with living room, dining room, and kitchen to spend time with family and friends! After a long day at the beach and swimming in the community pool, you will first enter the master bedroom off the kitchen with a spacious king bed and private bathroom, as well as a TV to unwind before bed. If you turn left into the hall, you will find the second bedroom with a beautiful full bed, another TV for relaxation, and coastal décor that will have you dreaming of paradise. When leaving the second bedroom and heading down the hall, there is a closet with both a washer and dryer for your use. As you continue, you will find another full bath with a tub and shower combination to wash the beach day away. Your last stop will be a cozy coastal bunk room with 4 single beds and a TV. Its easy to feel the love of the Gulf Coast with all the décor throughout the home. The elegance and comfort will make you want to return soon!



This unit has a wonderful community pool that is open for your use; it`s perfect for a post-beach dip or a pool day! Enjoy the evening sitting out on the front porch while the sun goes down. There are 2 parking spots on the left side of the property, as well as enough room for a golf cart. In the front of the community is also one extra parking spot labeled Unit 4. Summer vacation

It is our yearly summer get away. We loved staying at this rental except for a few minor inconveniences. The outside barbecue grill was dirty and we refused to use it. The other was the stove oven; it was also dirty and greasy. Not knowing we turned it on and smoke was all over the house. I personally had to purchase oven cleaner and clean it myself. Overall, everything else was great!

Perfect Girls Trip

My friend and I brought our teenage daughters for a beach trip over 4th of July. The property is in a great location and a short drive from the beach or town. It was nicely decorated, clean and ready for us upon arrival and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We brought our own beach gear but the house had games, books, and movies for us which we all enjoyed. We did not rent a golf cart but all the other houses in our complex had them so it’s perfect no matter what you decide. We called the office for a minor thing and they answered in person (on a holiday) and sent someone right over. I am a STR manager and I was very pleased with the home, thank you!
