Fantastic home!

We had 3 of our grown children, 2 spouses and 4 of our grandchildren with us for a total of 7 adults and 4 children. This home was the absolute best we have ever stayed in! Everyone loved it with no exceptions! It fit our needs perfectly. It was clean, beautifully appointed and each bedroom was just perfect! No one had anything bad to say about the home! We hope to stay here again next year!

Perfect Family Time

I cannot say enough good things about Aquaholics Anonymous! The house was staged beautifully and very clean. The open layout makes for a great place for extended family to gather. It was stocked with everything we needed. There is a closet full of beach toys, including a beach wagon. There is a charcoal grill on the back porch. We love the Royal Sands neighborhood and the walkway to the beach!

Great house for family with children

Perfect house for family. It had all the amenities and then some! Well stocked kitchen as well as plenty of toys and games. Loved the “TV” room. Perfect for our 2, 3, and 4 year old children. Great pool and location was perfect…. Just across the street! We hope to stay here again next year!

TWICE IS NICE

This is the second time my family and I stayed at this property. Your beachhouse was perfect for the family. We had a blast and the boardwalk helped make our beachtime so fun. We definitely enjoyed the pool and look forward to more visits.

Nicely outfitted and decorated. Our second time here and would stay again. Cleaning crew was a bit pressed for time and didn't seem to have mopped, but it is a busy season and everything else was nice and fresh.

Great Family Getaway.

The house had plenty of space for kids and grandkids. Kitchen was nice. Easy walk down to the beach. Good places to eat nearby. Our only issue was the two of us staying in the first floor bedroom were awakened at 4:30 am and kept awake for 45 minutes listening to the sprinklers spray against the windows. Eventually got the system turned off. Overall great trip.

Overall opinion of stay

Pool was disgusting at beginning of summer should be top top shape not Nov condition No skimmer available. Chemical balance way off the other pool not available due shocking and after being there 3 of a 4 day stay this was unacceptable. No tvs in other rooms kids and living room only. Would have been nice to know trash days. Freeze had no ice storage other than door compartment. No shower for feet at beach. Beach unusable due to ton of jelly fish.

Family vacation

We had a great stay, perfect for our family of 11 adults. The house was clean, spacious and the kitchen was fully stocked. The neighborhood was great and the house was located within walking distance to the beach and within a short drive to the local shopping area. The beach was clean, water was great, and it was not crowded. We had a great time in Port Aransas and will definitely be back!

Perfect family vacation home

We loved this property! It was beautiful and immaculate. Plenty of space for all 12 of us! Book this house you won’t be disappointed. It is within walking distance to the beach, which was an added perk that we didn’t expect. It is also close to the grocery store and restaurants, hoping we can book this home again next year!

"Girls" 65th High School Reunion!!

Perfect for a group retreat! Very comfortable beds! Big living area. Great kitchen. 2 porches to sit outside. Close to the beach and a short ride into shopping and restaurants. We had a wonderful time!!

This place is awesome! We had enough room for my husband and I, our 2 sons and their families. It had everything we needed except pot holders.😄 we rented golf cart and had easy access to beach. Swimming pool was close by and very clean. Nice neighborhood. We plan on renting this house again.

Mini Vacation in Port Aransas Dec 2022

We loved staying at this property with our extended family ( 6 adults, 5 kids ages 4-10). Royal Sands is a very nice neighborhood, with easy beach access by foot, golf cart or there is a beach access road just 1 mile away. The main floor of the house is very open , with plenty of room for 11 people to spread out. The grandkids loved the “kids” bedroom upstairs and the “office” tv room on the 1st floor. The upstairs bedrooms are very spacious. We will definitely rent this house again on future trips to Port A!

My friend and I stayed here with our kiddos and it was great! Clean, spacious, good layout with 2 master bedrooms which was nice for our 2 families. Only two tiny suggestions - we couldn't find a tea kettle or ice cube trays! Otherwise very well stocked kitchen.

Perfect house for large family with kids!

We have been coming to Port A for years and this house was by far the best house we have stayed at for our large family with young kids. The playroom in the front was great, there was ample space in every room, and it came with plenty of beach toys and a few beach chairs as well. It was right across the street from the community pool and the boardwalk was so convenient to use with our rented golf cart. Definitely recommend staying at this house for your next trip!

Life’s a Beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach house. Plenty of room for all of us to eat, sleep and visit. Very clean! House is close to neighborhood pool and boardwalk. Definitely recommend to visitors to Port A.
