Beautiful resort and house.

We really enjoyed the resort with all the nice amenities, the house is very clean and spacious, beautiful decorated, large and open kitchen with plenty of seating for entertaining. Bedrooms are very spacious with its own bathrooms. My family really enjoyed the place!

Loved the community, easiness, pools, walk to the beach. Home and neighborhood was very clean. The concept is great. This particular home needs some kitchen updates, but in all is a great home.

Palmilla Beach rental

House is beautiful, very spacious, and the Palmilla Beach Resort is a great place. Gas grill was not working & could use some additional pans for cooking but overall it was a great house.

Good house, but came with issues.

We enjoyed our stay, but not until after issues with the house were fixed. One sink wouldn't drain, another sink wouldn't turn off. Shower handles fell off. Smoke alarms would go off by simply boiling water. Vacasa fixed our issues by the end of our first full day, so we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay. House was clean, air conditioner blew cold air. Palmilla is a very nice area.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was amazing! Perfect for our family. We were close to the pool and a short golf cart ride to the beach! The amenities were spot on and made for a very comfortable, enjoyable beach stay. there was an issue with the tv in the living room and the owner and the property manager were quick to communicate and worked to minimize the disturbance. Make sure you bring your mosquito spray! Fantastic experience over all!

Great House at The Pamilla Beach Resort

We spend a few days in Port Aransas at the Pamilla Beach Resort. The house was perfect for my family and the Pamilla Beach Resort is a great place because of the pool, food available and beach area. The Beach Resort really caters to their property owners, so we had to rent our own beach cart, but that was fine. The house was great and well equipped. We had a great stay. This property is managed by Turnkey which adds more confusion than help when dealing with check in or check out or any problems. There was confusion about our check in and Turnkey tried to tell me that we couldn’t check in until 4 when all of our documents from VRBO said 3:00 PM. We got to the property at 3:00 and Pamilla let us know we were ready for check in. I did not contact Turnkey again for anything we needed. No need for a third party when the property is already well managed.

Nice stay

We stayed here for 5 nights. It’s a really nice home with plenty of space for everyone. The mudroom area was really great for keeping sand out of the rest of the house and our kids really enjoyed the green space right outside the front door. This house is a very short walk to the heated pool which was nice for us because it was pretty cool while we were there. We rented a golf cart but it’s not totally necessary - the beach is a 10-15 minute walk from the house. It was really clean and the resort is well-maintained. There were only 2 kitchen towels and only 2 wine glasses. It would be nice to have more glassware for wine and cocktails. We ended up buying glasses from a restaurant because we didn’t want to drink out of plastic. The oven handle and the microwave were broken. They provided a replacement microwave before we arrived and offered to fix the oven handle while we were there, but we opted to wait till after we left. Overall it was a really nice stay and I would recommend it to others.

We enjoyed our stay.

The place was immaculately clean, and all communications from Turnkey were helpful and easy. The on-site management is a different story. They were not horrific, more like "fine." I emailed in advance to ask about how crowded beach conditions were, could not get through to a person, but was told there was plenty of room to spread out--instead, the beach was very crowded. There WAS an option to rent chairs, but we were never notified of this option--neither after the initial email nor when we checked in with the office. Once on the beach, we were "too late." You have to be physically in the office to rent the chairs--even though it only involves giving them a credit card number. We tended to have to ask about each separate service, rather than being informed of what's there or how things work. Turns out all golf carts you rent (at a steep price!) have the same key, so one day someone else took our cart (turns out this happens "all the time"). What bothered us most was that we never once saw an employee at the main Palmilla guest services site wear a mask when we walked up (as they sat right next to each other in a closed room). It was only when we opened the door that they put them on--day after day. This defies the purpose of the mask! In summary, the property is lovely, the pool is lovely, Turnkey was great. The "resort" itself could do some work on customer service and on mask protcols.

Nice roomy house with cute decor. Good location in a quiet area, beautiful grounds and common areas. Access to beach and amenities were very close. Great time.
